I installed this in my 1500 sqft home, with one unit in each of three bedrooms and one unit in the main living room/kitchen area. The unit cools and heats my home perfectly! Installation took a couple days, and when it started flashing a PC-03 code, support was helpful and immediately troubleshooted my problem to a closed valve. Great product and great support, would recommend!

I bought two units, I decided to go with this brand because it includes everything, it is even factory charged with the refrigerant. Very easy to install, super quiet, efficient, beautiful design, the romete control comes with batteries and a bunch of functions and modes. I am very happy with my purchase. I’ll buy two more next year for another building. Thank you so much.

Great unit very helpful seller. I installed my self but books are for multiple models so a little confusing.
I have used now for about a month and it even worked when temperature was down at – 18 degrees Celsius .
I had one of the 4 units changed when I ordered to a ducted one. The ducted one seems to work even better. Used the ducted one to split between small bathroom and a hall way.

Installed in rental house and very happy as is tenant. Quiet and problem free! Thank you senville. Works perfect in summer and winter. Install is well explained and only gripe is linesets should be longer, 25′ instead of 16′. Vacuuming of sys must be done by qualified contractor for warranty to be valid. Unit is easy on hydro bill. Bought one for my house as well.

BLUF Bottom line up front. Cheap, great A/C, average dude can install. Take your time, read the instructions! Call Senville directly for proper units to buy before you buy. Also make sure you buy the right sized copper linesets. This review will show for all the Senville A/C units, as well as questions answered. Don’t believe all the answers, I had to do a lot of my own research to get the correct info. Not all indoor/outdoor units are the same. Different voltages, btu’s, lineset lengths and sizes etc. My review is based on the 4 zone 36000 btu unit. I ended changing my original order to a 4 zone, 3 9000btu and 1 18000 btu. Works great!!!!!!! When in doubt call Senville directly! Goodluck!

This system has been mostly good since installing last year. Didn’t feel like it did a good job heating during the winter so had to use space heaters, but it cools pretty well. The manual isn’t very thorough so we’ve needed tech support for the past couple of weeks while one of the header units has quit working. I’ve had AC techs out three times and they have some theories as to what is wrong, but cannot diagnose the issue until speaking with the company for more details. Between all of us, we must have called, emailed, left voicemails, etc over a hundred times. Not one voicemail returned, not one call answered, not one email responded to. I tried to file a complaint through Amazon several days ago hoping to get put in contact with someone, and haven’t heard back from them either. I’ve now had to spend over $1500 on these visits from techs and a temporary solution to cool the room until we can get a response from Senville, and we’re none the closer to fixing the system itself. They’re telling me that if they don’t ever hear back, I may have to replace the entire exterior unit on this system (they THINK that’s the source of the problem). With the trouble I’ve had with communication with this company so far I would never want to purchase from them again, but I can’t afford to replace the entire system. To say I’m UPSET is an understatement.

I enjoyed installing my quad mini-split system as a home improvement project. It took me longer than usual time due to not having all the tools for drilling, cutting and flaring lines, and also didn’t measure my lines correctly. The wall unit installation was the easiest. However, be prepared to spend a little extra on line covers, and electrical installation if you’re not an electrician. Luckily, the HVAC technician that I hired was very knowledgeable and charged me $750 for electrical installation to the panel, and doing initial vacuuming of the lines. The units exceed my expectation. They look great and are way quieter than window AC. They also cool down the house real fast. I was also able to connect my units to Alexa and I’m real happy that this summer my house will be a lot more cooler. To me is worth the investment compared to $15,000 estimates that I received. If you have common sense and are crafty, you can install the units yourself. I really recommend this product. Also, call Senville to let them know the line sizes you need. All the units bought in Amazon come with standard 15 ft lines. For my large house, I had to order two additional 50 ft and one 25 ft, which I wished I had since the beginning since Senville will charge you additionally for the extra lines, so let them know. Hope this helps!

It thankfully arrived in excellent condition with none of the fins bent. The FedEx box truck driver bought it down on the lift gate and was very careful. It was installed 2 days later on a 98 degree day and it cools fast . It has been 5 months now and even in the 105 degree weather I am thankfully fully comfortable in the house at 69 degrees. This unit took 2 people and 12 hours to fully install because it has 4 heads. A single or double would take less time . In some areas you might find HVAC companies will not want to install this unit because you did not purchase it from them. Good thing is you can install it yourself if you feel comfortable at the cost of the warranty. It comes with the 16ft lines for refrigeration and 16ft patch cords for each head. Also has drain hoses for each head. All you will need extra is the vinyl line covers and a hammer drill with right size core bit along with wrenches and screwdriver if you plan on installing it yourself. One last thing is the stand to keep it elevated from the ground. If you call a company and they agree to do this job you can end up paying about $2500.00 to $3600.00 for installation with out them providing any materials. Nice thing is your warranty will be valid one they fill out the warranty paperwork with their license number. Definitely alot better than my 24000 btu window a/c for both cooling evenly and energy cost. Customer service was also very helpful with questions and you actually get a person speaking to speak with instead of a Ai bot that doesn’t understand then hangs up on you.

I ran into some issues that I created myself and Sam at Senville tech. support was awesome. He listened and responded to what I said and solved the issue on the phone. Four handles with two different compressors all problems resolved. Thank You Sam Tony.

This is something that a person with mechanical aptitudes can successfully install, with help from online videos.
The one thing that was not explained was how to properly vacuum purge the system.
= make sure all high and low pressure
“hex” shut offs are turned on at the supply and return lines where the copper lines attach to the compressor ( outside unit) before opening the main (upper) shut offs to pressurized the system, otherwise you are not purging the A/C compressor circuit
