It came with a small pushed in part. Noticeable. Otherwise it was in perfect order. Easy to install. It is so small it is cute, but it feels like it is hard for it to make my bedroom cold. It does work eventually, but I had other LG smaller than this 6k BTUs that packed a larger punch. I guess the WiFi feature is worth it, really easy to control. Very quiet, great feature. Not Energy Efficient rated, but it sure feels the design was with that in mind. Recommend for a smaller room. I already installed it, I am not taking it down. Just get another next summer. My brother got the 8K BTU version, get that one instead. That punches.

Fantastic window AC unit. Used it all summer long and it kept the bedroom cool quite easily. The filter is easy to pop out and clean off which is very convenient. Love the remote capabilities. I can’t stand having to walk over to a unit and hit buttons that typically eventually wear out and don’t like to work after a while. The only issue with the remote functionality and the digital readout is that they put the screen and remote reader on top of the unit rather than the front. So sometimes you have to aim the remote awkwardly. And the digital screen can be difficult to read from across the room. Other than that I have zero complaints. This unit has already more than paid for itself in my opinion.

I use this in my shop located in north Georgia and it does a good job. I do think the temp it shows off but not a big thing for me. Maybe overrated for the btu output but my shop is not fully insulated.

I use this for my bedroom now for about a week, and it works great. Works well with Google Home but the LG app gives you way more control options. I find myself using the LG app more than Google home. Not too loud and keeps room cool even using the Energy Saving mode.

Bought two units for my home. Only one unit worked, the fan on the other wouldn’t spin at all. Contacted Amazon for help, almost had to beg them to send me a replacement. They tried giving me the run around sending me to the manufacturer. Finally got the replacement and THAT ONE DOESNT WORK EITHER. The fan spins slowly and the unit starts making a loud noise and vibrates heavily. So only 1/3 units actually works. My review for the one that does work: weak as heck. Can’t feel cold air unless it’s night time. This cheap AC isn’t built for Florida summers.
I’m going to return them all and go with something else. Don’t waste your time.

Box arrived in good condition. Unit did have a few small dents but nothing major. Hooked it up to WiFi and ran the unit multiple cycles. Not quiet at all but it will do the job.

The Air Conditioner works great, the only problem I had was that it was shipped with USPS.
They said it was too heavy to deliver so I had to take time off work to go to the Post Office to pick it up.
If it were shipped with UPS that wouldn’t have happened.
