The product arrived in a well packaged and stylish box – giving a good first impression of a quality product. The instruction booklet and warranty documents were clear and easy to follow. The air purifier is of a good size 21cm diameter by 28 cm high, and the controls are nicely laid out and easy to use. There is also a handy timer feature that allows the unit to be left running for either 4 or 8 hours before it switches off.
I particularly liked the facility to be able to add essential oils to the machine so that the air can be fragranced. There are 3 small pads for use with oils, and the compartment that they sit in is easily opened as it is on top of the machine. The filter system is well made and will be easy to change when required.
Having not used one of these before I was unsure of how noisy this would be, but was pleasantly surprised. There are 3 speed settings and even on level 3 the noise is far from disruptive. I am using this in my bedroom – the noise does not disturb my sleep, the faint blue glow given off by the controls on the unit is actually quite nice at night, and in the morning the air in the room was noticeably more refreshing and less stuffy.

I was skeptical when ordering these because I always wonder if any air purifiers actually do anything. Well, first off I noticed that the air in my house feels fresher. The biggest thing I noticed is that the amount of dust in my house has dramatically been reduced. So I bought another one for my bedroom. I gave it only 3 stars on noise level. The first one I ordered is super quiet on medium speed. The second one is much louder on the same speed. To change speeds, you just turn it on and then hit the on button at the bottom each time you want to increase the speed. It also has a timer that you can set. It has a little square that comes with two tiny pieces of material that you can put essential oils on to add a fragrance to the room. However, it did not work for me. There was no scent that came into the room. To turn it off, you hold your finger on the on/off button and wait for it to shut off. Sometimes you have to hold it longer to get it to actually shut off. These need to be set away from a wall or furniture so that air can circulate around the unit. I have one on my kitchen counter and one on my dresser in my bedroom. They are very pretty for an air purifier, even though they are bigger units. Overall, I am satisfied that they are working to improve the quality of the air I breath in my home.

I am so pleased with this product. My brother had one and I was impressed and got this item too. So quiet! I am a smoker and it clears out my office and keeps it smelling fresh. I will be ordering another one for my bedroom.

I bought this for my bedroom which can get stuffy and it has made a fantastic difference to the air quality, making it so much fresher and easier to breathe. it is easy to use, smart looking and is so quiet that I can have it running all through the night. Would recommend.

I purchased this air filter for my bedroom at my house. There has been one at my parents’ house for a while and it has been a big help in the downstairs room that the two cats stay in sometimes due to the weather. I have indoor only cats at my house and also have metal shelves in my room that have some kind of pressboard for the flat part. These boards put off a smell from time to time and it aggravates my sinuses. So because of that and the cats, I bought this air purifier. So far, it has done well. I have not noticed the wood smell anymore and the air seems fresher. My throat is not as dry and irritated as it had been. There are three levels. At night I run it on the lowest and it is fairly quiet and doesn’t interfere with me sleeping. I would recommend it. This is the second Miko my family has had and I will probably purchase another for my den area.

I am very happy with how simple the usage of this is. It is amazingly quiet and cleans my room’s air fast making it safe for me to be in my office. It is one of very few units I have found able to deal with viruses and it is very reasonable price. I will need to change the filter every three months but it will tell me when this needs to happen and based on price, no issues to me. Strongly recommend.

Miko is a fantastic company that stands by its products and ensures customer satisfaction. I was using my air purifier in a large room and it was doing a good job removing dust, odors, etc. But after about a year, the motor had trouble and was not running well (motor was making a squeaking/rattling sound and was not functioning properly). I reached out to the company for product support and had a great experience with one of the customer service representatives. I described the problem and the company was able to help me quickly and kindly. My home has radiators instead of heating ducts, and this product really improves air quality and eliminates staleness when there is no air flow in the home. I do wish there was a “nighttime option” that would darken the power light on the control panel, but overall, I definitely recommend this product and company!

We received the Miko air purifier this past week and have used it along with the essential oils that you order separately. We have enjoyed the lavender scent in our room and it is very pleasing. As far as the air purification goes I can only assume at this point it is working properly and the noise is not so great as to be disturbing in any way. I would say it’s very similar to having white noise in the background but very quiet. Overall I would recommend this product. Also probably one of the better things about the product is customer support did reach out to me to find out if I was pleased with the product which was nice to know. They did not ask me for a five-star review or anything like that which I do not like when companies do that. But rather they simply asked me if I had the time to please review their product as that is how their business is supported. If I did not have the time they said that was fine as well they were happy to have me as a customer. Bottom line is I don’t think this company is pushy like so many of them out there requesting you give them five star reviews, which is a personal pet peeve of mine. They just simply were straightforward and asked me if I had the time to do it if I could leave a review, and I told them I would be pleased to do so.

Received my two units yesterday. Items packaged well. This item is a great size for me, photo shows on table next to my bed. I tumed on unit after inserting lemon oil. I cannot smell it in the room yet but anticipate it will smell wonderful. I’ve only tried two speeds low and medium. OMG, it so quiet. I searched high and low for a unit I could feel comfort with in its functioning, style, and ease of use. I thus far love my air purifiers I always read the reviews before purchasing. Someone mentioned unit stopped working after a while. This company offers a two year warranty so I could not understand their concern. Make it a priority to register your unit/units. The company provides all you need to get started as well offer their appreciation for your purchase and provides customer service for set up as well as any other need. Seriously, if you did see this unit, you would not know its there. I smoke and will know very soon how well this unit works. I will make an effort to update my review since it has only been on a few minutes. HAGD
Update: The unit in my room has made a difference in the air quality. I infused with lemon oil but I don’t smell the lemon. I just set up the living room unit. I infused with peppermint oil. I’ll update again.
BTW, Mrs. Mike ofeed a free filter after registering and I accepted.

Makes a huge difference in my bedrom where I smoke. Living room much larger, make small diference.
