I have cats and get a lot of dust in the house as it is an older home on a hill where everything seems to come in. I used to see in the sunlight dust and hair floating in the air, not any more. I bought it during fire season when the smoke was so bad, I couldn’t see even a block away. It really helped my allergies too. This one is in my living room and I keep it on auto, it is so quiet I don’t hear it unless it kicks up when it finds something it needs to clean out fast, it even picks up smoke and smells from the kitchen, even then it doesn’t bother me.
I clean the hair off of the outer filter at least once a week and vacuum out the whole filter every couple of weeks or so to get as much use out of each filter.
Now I need to purchase one for the bedroom area. The cover over 500 sq ft and my house is 1200 so 2 should do for the majority of the house. I have another brand in the office where one of my small older cats spends a lot of time to get away from the other kitties, so the door is closed always. It is much louder but works well.
I have run it for 8 months now and still running great.

no complaints here, bought to help clear cig smoke in the house, has reduced it so much, plus with cooking it help with that too,, filter are a bit pricey , but they say replace every 6 mouths imma try long lol

This purifier gets the job done in our 600 sq ft apartment with no problem. We have two cats so hair is a nightmare. We notice a significantly less amount of sneezing and hair though with this. When there are allergens, you spray stuff or cook something smokey, it turns red or yellow meaning the air is “bad” and goes to blue when it’s “good” and then green when it’s finally back to “excellent”. Also can connect to your wifi and phone so bonus. You can put it on a timer or let it run all the time. We just let it run.

I changed the rating from one star to four. Just after posting this review I heard from the manufacturer. They sent instructions on how to clean the sensor, which resolved my issue. They did not respond to my question about the app.
There was nothing in the manual about how to access and clean the sensor, so that should be addressed by the manufacturer in the documentation.
I purchased this unit along with a pack of replacement filters. I changed the filters every six months as per the instructions. It worked well, and as near as I could tell the air quality indicator was somewhat accurate, a couple of times when we burned something on the stove or when I had to cut some wood in an adjacent room creating wood dust in the air the air quality would decrease, and then return to normal after a time. However on the third filter change the indicator only displays the worst air quality all of the time. Attempts to reset the filter timer as per the instructions do nothing. Removing the filter still indicates the worst air quality. While it is possible my house went from a good quality to the worst, it seems unlikely.
I sent a support request on the manufacturers website and got an automated response and link to see if the case was updated. The link just returns me to the manufacturers web page and I never received any responses.
One other thing that was annoying, is that there is no app in the App Store as per the description, and there are no instructions on the manufacturers website on what app to use or how to connect it.
This makes me question if the unit ever even worked as described at all, or if there was just a display with lights and numbers and a fan.
Even if it had failed after warranty I would have bought another unit but I do not have faith that the manufacturer was ever really invested in this filter.

I have had this unit for over 5 months now and have changed the filter once. I have discovered that it works great on certain odors in the house but does not work as hard on dust, air particles, and pet dander.
