On October 5th, 2022,
I purchased 2 of these units., one for me and the other for my partner… Mine is still working, but my partners quite working.. It won’t charge., the red light stays on forever.. I am really disappointed in this since items that only last for 5 months are a joke.. I will try and contact the seller and see what they suggest., maybe there is a way to reboot this thing, but I don’t think there is.. I am not going to give it a good rating since products should last a lot longer than 5 months.. The one that is defective has been acting funny since we purchased it, thusly it always took longer to recharge.. I won’t recommend this product to anyone at this time…

Right out of the package the device makes a buzzing sound and there is no current running through the brushes. Overall the design is pretty nice, the body and string are sturdy, it has a usb3 charging port. But it doesnt work so I can only give it 1 star
