Minimal air delivery with HEPA filter in place. Question to brand would be if the Coverage area based on AHAM standard of CADR (4 CFM) x 1.55 calculation was measured with or without the HEPA filter in place as there is substantial drop off in air delivery once the HEPA filter is engaged.
Even on the highest setting very minimal air output, could be solved with a more powerful fan motor.
Will give 2 stars because this is a good idea and there are no other reasonably priced similar products on the market, would be great for public transit/air travel for baby to reduce risk of pathogens and poor indoor air quality. Company needs to improve product for reasonable effect.

This is a great portable air purifier and is exactly as the Product Page described. It seems to be made of High Quality Materials and has been working great for me.
These are designed for SMALL AREAS like the inside of a small Truck Cab or Car with the windows closed. A closed baby stroller might be OK as well. None of these small HEPA filter fans are meant for total area filtration. Instead they are meant to filter air that is right next to you.
With the filter in it barely holds a piece of tissue to the inlet holes, with the filter out it stays pretty good. But, with filter in or out there is a really decent amount air being blown out from this on it’s highest lvl 3 setting.
The one I got lasts a little over 4.5 hours on the lvl 3 highest fan speed. The red LED blinks while charging and then is solid RED once it’s fully charged. Mine takes about 3 hours to charge from dead. This will run while charging also, so you could use a Power Bank to keep it running for longer periods of time while on the go. I’ll be using this inside my car mainly. It fits well in my drink holder right next to me.
I’m very happy with it and do recommend it.
