This is a good value for the money. Most people don’t know about the value of a swamp cooler. I don’t have air conditioning in my Florida room and didn’t want to pay for someone to put a vent in the ceiling from the rest of the house. We decided to buy this and place it in a doorway to cool the room. Even without the ice and water it does a great job. I have only run it on low speed because it is powerful. Highly recommend.

For the price, it has great features. Would’ve given one more star, but I think the CFM rating is exaggerated. Very nice cool air due to the thick pads, but it definitely isn’t as powerful as suggested.I’m

Bought it to keep me cool while working on my jeep. It runs great. Fan is powerful. I’m outside of Philadelphia so the high humidity keeps it from cooling as much but even still it’s great for working outside. The air does feel cool coming out especially when I have ice packs in. Had to adjust the float, but otherwise no defects or leaks even hooked to a hose 24/7. Strongly recommended

Sadly it seems that mine arrived with a loose part inside… If I use the lowest speed works fine, Medium will make a tolerable (but bothersome) rattling noise and at high speed it rattles so much that you will not be able to have a conversation anywhere near it.
I did not connect a hose to fill it up and did it using the front little gate but I did connect the Hose adapter on the side… this metal adapter will vibrate a lot an make a loud noise if you turn the fan on so I remove it… but when the cooling is on at high speed, the part inside the unit where the plastic hose connector is situated rattles a lot making a loud noise like it will just break or disconnect at any moment.
Looks good, seems to do what is supposed to do… but clearly this unit could have never passed a QC test. Now I have to ask for a replacement, dry the whole thing… disassemble the wheels, put it in a box and drive that big thing to a return center.
I had bud luck with mine.

The unit works great for cooling a large screened in area. It rolls easily on casters to move around or put away. Although it worked well when using the fill feature, it leaked terribly when hooked to the water hose. The water hose allows for continuous cooling and does not have to be monitored. The fill method used 3 gallons of water in 1.5 hours, making this method more work and needing close monitoring. We are returning this unit for the same item in hopes that this one was just defective and a new one will not leak. If it leaks we will return it for a refund and look for a different unit.

I was interested in looking for a swamp cooler that can be used in the garage for our two cars. We got a lot of things in our garage like workout equipment, workspace for our hobbies and daily maintenance things for our cars and we really need a swamp cooler. This swamp cooler has a very good quality, well assembled so we don’t have to worry about anything. And its appearances is pretty which makes me more enjoying my time in my garage. We saw the swamp cooler at our friends house and they told us what to look for when getting one of these. The WHEELS! Their wheels was weak and it crack after a month or so and they told us that you gotta find ones that have a big wheel so it don’t break and you don’t need to suffer when moving it around. The caster wheels are large for this one and it is very convenient to move it around smoothly by just pushing it. We are happy that it is also very easy and effortless to fill the water tank. All we do is connecting the garden hose to it and it will last for a very long time. Once it is filled, you don’t need to worry about it. Also, when the cooling fan runs at maximum wind speed, the ENTIRE garage feel the cool air and super cozy. I love this product and very satisfied with its performance so far. Will keep posted with any updates in the future.
