   Worked perfectly and allowed me to bring life back into a kerosene heater that hadn’t been used in 10 years. Installation took a bit of online research as I’ve never done this before, but went fairly smoothly. I did make a rookie mistake and having not paid close attention to the the orientation of the one I took off, I didn’t initially reinstall this new wick with the “notch” on the top portion aligned with the igniter, but once I corrected that mistake the heater works like it’s brand new.

   THIS WICK DOES NOT WORK FOR THE CORONA MODEL SX-2E. THE NOTCH OF THIS WICK IS TOO WIDE AND TO DEEP SO THE IGNITER DOES NOT LIGHT THE WICK. THE NOTCH ON THIS WICK IS 1.5 CM DEEP AND 1.5 CM WIDE.
   THE PROPER NOTCH NEEDS TO BE 1 CM WIDE AND 1 CM DEEP SO THUS THE IGNITER WILL LIGHT THE WICK.
   SO THE ONLY WICKS THAT HAVE THE PROPER NOTCH DIMENSIONS ARE CHINESE WICKS WHICH ARE TO THIN AND PRODUCE ODER FROM YOUR HEATER.
   I CONTACTED MILES STAIR AND I HOPE HE WILL GET A NEW SHIPMENT OF WICKS FROM ENGLAND WITH THE CORRECT NOTCH DEMENSIONS

   We can not get it installed and now do not have a heater.
   The enclosed directions were impossible to follow.
