I have very little space in my studio but it’s super humid. This device has helped capturing the humidity. It’s super quiet and has some nice ambient lights. I have 2 units, one for the room and the other for the bathroom and it does a great job as a night light.
It captures a lot of moisture and gets filled in about 3-4 days..

Have two of these, one for each bedroom. Had so much rain, everything’s damp and the product works beautifully collecting pools of water and shining with coloured light. Oh, and the instructions were short, simple and easy. Great little gadgets. I love them.

This little dehumidifier has been on non stop since it arrived and it truly works like a champ. I can’t believe how much moisture it’s been pulling from my air. Totally quiet and effective. I would recommend this item for anyone living somewhere with excessive moisture in the air. I’m also saving a ton not having to buy the damp rid disposable units.

After years of having a humidifier in our bedroom to help us breathe better we actually measured the moisture level in the air and realized our upstairs was actually above the recommended indoor moisture level it should be at and was probably contributing to condensation and some mold on our window frame so I bought one of these based on reviews. Our new thermostat was actually alerting us daily that the house was too humid. It is so cute it fits on top of my nightstand and you can see the water level rise every day. It gets pretty humid in the summer and my husband would sweat underneath blankets even with the ac on but this little dehumidifier has made a few percentage points difference in the moisture level of our upstairs as measured and we are now noticeably more comfortable. We need to empty it maybe every 5 days but is simple to do by pulling the tray out and dumping in the sink. I love the colors but hubby finds them distracting so we turn the light off at night. It makes a little whirring sound almost like a fan sound which we actually enjoy bc we already sleep with a white noise machine and this is similar. If you are hoping for complete silence though this will be a disappointment.

Product is fine but it needs an adaptor if you are ordering from Singapore; it does not come with a Singapore three-pronged plug

Edit: The company ended up reaching out to me after I returned the product. They were very professional, kind, and understanding. Not only did they want to know what went wrong with the dehumidifier to send feedback, but they also sent me another one. Products sometimes break and I would rather buy from a company who will back up thier products and fix the issues than one who won’t help. I 110% say I would buy from this company again because I know if something does go wrong they will be there to help and fix the problem. A big thank you to them. It is hard to find reliable companies to purchase from.
I had the product for 3-4 weeks when it quit working. It made a humming noise instead and blew out hot air. I cleaned the filter and unplugged it to see if one of those might be the problem, but nothing worked. I decided to return the product and got a refund. When it did work it was great. If I could have gotten a guarantee that the same issue would have not happened again I would have gotten a replacement.

Works great for my musty garage. Canister is easy to empty and it automatically shuts off when it’s full and lights up red to indicate it needs emptied. It’s small so it barely takes up any space in my garage. Also enjoy the light feature as it gives off just enough light if I go in the garage at night, I don’t have to turn a bright overhead light on.

This unit is small and can easily be placed in a room without being obtrusive. The write up about the unit says it uses about 40 watts of electricity, so there will be a slight cost when in use. It does generate a tiny bit of heat. The fan has one speed and the closest comparison I can think of regarding the noise level would be the cooling fan on a laptop when it’s running at close to full speed. It’s not unpleasant and reminds me a bit of the white noise machines, so we have quickly gotten used to it. The lighting effects can easily be turned off, but they automatically turn on anytime you turn the unit back on, so two taps of the light button and they go back off.
This small unit will not perform like a full size, floor model, dehumidifier. (some negative reviewers seem to think it should have performed in a comparable fashion) Those full size, floor units use an air conditioner type system so they dehumidify the air very quickly, but are very large and much, much louder and expensive. We had one in our full size home for years and you could literally see the humidity level begin to drop on a hygrometer within 30 minutes or so. This unit will not perform to that level due to it’s small size and the mechanism used to remove moisture. We’ve had it over a week now and over a 24 hour period it removes about 3/4 of a cup of water from the air. Of course, the humidity level and temperature will dictate any increase or decrease in the numbers we saw.
This unit is meant for small spaces of less than 250 sq feet. We have it in a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. But since we leave the bedroom door open and have central air, that means it essentially is dealing with the whole apartment of about 900 sq feet. Don’t expect to feel a marked difference in the humidity level in a large space. I would imagine in an appropriately small space, with doors closed and no central air, this unit would make the area feel dryer.
Our issue is condensation build up on our single pane windows in the winter. Even just removing 3/4 cup of water per day means that there will be that much less water in the air to condense on the windows. We’ve now decided to purchase an additional unit to place in the second bedroom at the opposite end of the apartment from where the first one is placed. Our hope is between the two units we will see a marked difference in our humidity levels. Two of these units are much cheaper and quieter than a full size, floor model.
I can recommend this unit if you purchase it with the understanding of it’s limitations.
UPDATE:
We purchased an additional unit for our 900 square foot apartment. The two bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the apartment and we placed one of these dehumidifiers in each room. They both have been pulling about 3/4 of a cup of water out of the air every 24 hours, with inside temperature at 72 and initial relative humidity at about 64 percent. So with the two units we are eliminating about 1 !/2 cups per 24 hours. We might see a drop in the hygrometer reading to 59 or 60 percent occasionally in that time. Not comparable to a big floor dehumidifier, but much cheaper and quieter. While they have not eliminated the condensation issue, I think it has helped to reduce the overall amount of water condensing on our windows during the winter.
