Eva-Dry has exceeded my expectations after having used unsatisfactory humidifiers in the past. Its rapid, effective, and energy-efficient design has been a welcome change, as it quickly removes excess moisture from the air with no leaks, spills, or unpleasant odors. When the crystallized desiccant requires regeneration, it’s a straightforward process of plugging it in until the beads change back to orange, ready for repeated use. Although it does get warm during operation, I’ve had no issues with its performance, and I can even see the moisture being extracted from the beads while it’s plugged in.
Eva-Dry offers a hassle-free experience, eliminating the need for complicated setup or maintenance. Unlike the inferior Chinese imitation, Eva-Dry is a reliable choice for those seeking an effective dehumidifier.

Alright, let me begin by stating I live in south Louisiana where humidity is a major problem. I keep 2 of these in my safe, and they keep the levels around 48%, which is around 10% lower than my household humidity level. They do however have a shelf life, and will last about a year with heavy use.
They will need to be recharged frequently, as I have to charge mine once a week, because the beads become totally saturated. Be careful! The unit will become extremely hot to the touch when recharging

Summer storms dump a lot of “flash flood” rain at high pressures on my car. The water builds up around the sun roof quicker than the filtering system can drain, and causes random leaks inside the cabin. Add to that, I dont drive much and returned from a trip to find the floor soaked and condensation and mildew brewing days after any recent rain. This mini device arrived within 1 day and was super easy to simply leave on the seat in my car. Overnight, the condensation build up had ceased and the floor rug was completely, even if unbelievably, dry. I moved the unit to the trunk to keep up the good work. The orange beads are less than 10% affected. So not only did it work well, it worked fast, and there seems to be some efficiency because it hasn’t needed to be “recharged” after all that. I am now a believer. Will order another one for a weird closet.

I put it in my downstairs closet and renewed it every week. The product worked great at the beginning. But after a few months, it stopped renewing. No matter how long I plugged in the beads remain black. it is basically not usable now. did not realize the life cycle is so short….

I like that this is much easier than “damp rid” or other similar product. I find it works relatively well, however the space it is in is EXTREMELY damp so I don’t think anything except a full size dehumidifier running constantly would work 100%.
A few hours after I put this in my cold room/pantry, I noticed a massive difference!
I am very impressed all things considering, and wish I could have gotten a larger option! I am not sure if that exists but it didn’t seem to when I purchased this option. For places slightly moist or high humidity, this little gadget would absolutely do the trick! I kind of wish I would have had one of these in my hockey bag growing up…
If you are going to buy one, get a second so when you are drying out the first one, the second one can keep working for you or you will have damp times between dry times!

We bought one of these mini dehumidifiers to keep a cabinet filled with items that are easily affected by humidity dry. I can tell you that the Eva-dry is very good at it’s job. It’s very efficient at absorbing water from the air judging by how quickly that window went from orange to dark green over about a week of really humid days. The size of the unit is perfect for even “smaller” cabinets, but even better inside large cabinets and closets.
The Eva-dry is very easy to live with too. It’s very simple to tell when the unit needs to be recharged by the window in front turning from orange (dry) to dark green (wet). Once the window turns green, to recharge it, simply plug it into any wall outlet, wait several hours for the pellets in the window to turn orange again, and just place it back in to go to work again.
We’re very pleased with the results, so we bought several of these for other locations that should really be kept dry. Nice product, happy overall.

Love this thing. Went back & bought 2 more. I’ll probably buy more.
Initially bought for a basement bathroom which is on the colder/danker side. Works really well, but keep in mind it’s designed for *really* small spaces, like small bathrooms, laundry rooms, closets, etc.
Make sure you don’t overcharge it. I did this by leaving it plugged in for MONTHS at a time because I liked the heat it was giving off as it was warming up my small bathroom, but that will damage its ability to take out moisture. That was my fault for not reading instructions, however, it worked out for me because I’d rather have the heat it gives off than have it act as a mini-dehumdifier, lol. (At least in the bathroom.)
Charge for no more than 12 h in a different area than the one you want to use it in. (The dryer the room you’re charging it in, the better.)
I also keep one in my laundry room as it’s attached to a cold room as well as one in my utility room. I’ll probably buy 2 more – one for a closet in the corner of the basement and another for a very deep shoe closet.
Also, I brought it when I went oversees & it was perfect for keeping luggage less moist. Was unable to charge it there because the adapter I bought didn’t really accommodate the pull out plug, but it functioned well for most of the trip.
Will be AWESOME for camping. If you’re a camper, get this thing.
