Only reason I am rating this 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that I’ve only had it several days. We purchased this as our focal point for our new DIY fireplace. We’ve loved every bit of it so far. Puts off decent heat, the color schemes are awesome, and it was fairly easy to assemble. I am hoping this lasts us at least 5 years.

I hit red a task rabbit guy to install this thing and I helped him as you need two people to do it but it’s not hard. I love my fireplace and use it year round for the ambiance and the heat works great! It’s quiet and I’ve had it for 5months so far with no problem! I read all the reviews and chose this one based on them and for the price this thing is perfect! I replaced the crystals with firestone rocks for a more natural look and everyone says how amazing it looks! Love it!

It took a while to get to me but it was worth the wait. I ordered it on a Friday and it was shipped out the next day but it took a few weeks to get to get to me due to the weather.
The installation was a piece of cake and a lot less complicated than I anticipated. The amount of heat it puts out is impressive. We live in a large 2bd apartment and this is the only source of heat we’re using for the whole house except for in the bathroom and it heats the house and it maintains at 71° with using the warm setting. I love the look and functionality of it. Everyday I change the colors of the rocks and flames. Because we live in an apartment we had to install it on the wall but it looks great.

Good fireplace. Excellent price and features. Color changing, remote, and good heat output makes this fireplace standout. Packaging was secured tightly. Directions were minimal but easy to follow.
I did not like the screws were tightened with an electric drill by the manufacturer . The install requires you to remove pre-drilled screws. I’m pretty strong and a standard screwdriver didn’t work. I had to purchase an electric drill to complete the project.
The remote isn’t fast like a television remote. You have to press the buttons a couple times. Two people would be ideal if you purchase a larger fireplace. I purchased the 50” installed it alone but it was difficult having to hold the fireplace and screw at the same time.
Pro tip: do not add rocks until mounted and done. My first install was uneven, had to take it down and stepping on those sharp glasslike rocks were painful. I read this in another review but overlooked it- big mistake.

Beautiful electric fireplace and perfect to go in our built in entertainment center. I love that it has various colors, speeds & timers.
Just to give perspective of the size. We got the 68” fireplace and it looks great but we intend to change out our 65” TV with a 75” or 85”
*we live in Florida so I haven’t tried the heater
