Such a great product!! Arrived super fast and intact, loved how easy it was to put together. It says it’s a two person job but I was able to do it in 2 1/2 hrs probably would had been less if it wasn’t because the kids kept calling me 😅 other than that I have loved everything about it. Material is good I love the color and design and everything works great! Now kids are super excited for Christmas and so am I!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fireplace that looks great but won’t break your account.

We were nervous about buying this since 400 is a lot for us, but in the end we are glad to have done it. FYI the box is very heavy, so it was not a surprise to see it ripped in places on delivery. There was no damage, as it is packaged very well. Just felt bad for the delivery person.
It took my husband all day to put together but it was worth it. It really looks nice and holds our 75″ TV no problem. Our PS5 on the other hand does not fit on the shelves so we had to put it on the top shelf which is fine for us. FYI – You cannot use an extension cord for the insert. It has to go directly into the wall. Luckily the cord is long. To be honest, the insert is the only thing that makes me a little nervous since it has no name brand listed on it. But, the inserts can be changed out and that is something we may do in the future. There is a warning notice on the front of the insert saying it can get hot when heater is in use so be careful. Overall I’m very happy with it. It hasn’t been real cold yet to test the warmth but I don’t think it will be a disappointment.

1st, The color is ivory not white. Also, product ships in 2 packages that may arrive on different days.

I have been looking to get an electric fireplace and saw this one. I liked how it looks on the pictures advertised, it’s got that kind of parisian or vintage look to it. I wish it could have been taller though. The width is fine but a bit taller would have been nicer. It took us 4 hours to assemble this. The back of the book shelves where the white back board goes, only have two holes each side. You need to put like 30 or so screws on the back. There’s a guide but would have been easier if it already had the holes pre drilled and we don’t have to make the holes for the screws ourselves. I haven’t tried the heater long enough, storage is good for books or any type of small display items. The color is nice but the style of the paint have like old scratches on it which I didn’t notice from the advertisement or review video. We mainly got this for display for the fire. Fire could have been bigger but for the price point it’s ok. It doesn’t have a crackling fire sound. The electric fireplace metal trims on top and the two sides were kinda hard to screw in. There’s no pre drilled holes or guide inside the mantel for where to screw in the electric fireplace so you have to drill your own holes. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of dismantling it and returning it. So will be keeping it since it isn’t too bad for the price. If you have a small space and want the electric fireplace just for display for the fire, this one isn’t bad. But if you have a little bigger living room, a taller fireplace with bigger fire might be better.

I’m always skeptical when buying large furniture online without being able to see the finished product in person, but let me tell you this fireplace TV stand is the absolute amazing. Very heavy duty, elegant, and grabs attention. Everything was packaged well and I was not missing a single item. Building it was a bit of a long process, but I tend to line all the edges up perfect, which requires screwing and then unscrewing to realign, but all in all I would 100% buy this again and have told many of my friends they should look into one. The price for this fireplace stand is actually a little low considering the quality of the finished product. I am very pleased. I hope this recommendation leads to you finally buying one! I’ve waited 4 years to find the perfect one and a great proce and this was it.
