I hope new comments were there before I purchased this… My room is like 150 square feet -.- and tgis thing after all day work made the temp inside from 76 to 70… I put on lowest 61, and still got 70… And is a giant fan making alot of noise. This is not an air conditioner 💀 is just a giant expensive fan… Kind of regret but eh whatever

In a <200 sqft room when it was 80 deg F outside and this AC unit set to 61F with max fan speed, I had a hard time getting my room to below 73F. Very confused how this happened as I had proper ducting in place to exhaust hot air outside. Windows closed, blackout shades completely shut. The only thing I could think of is that my room is upstairs so it takes the heat from the rest of the house, but surely this AC unit is more than powerful to handle cooling a small room. Not sure if others had this issue too.

It works, blows cold air and is pretty strong. My daughter has a small bedroom and it got cold fast. We have an issue that her room is the hottest in the house. So this really helps. However. I thought it would turn on and off on its own to keep the room set at a temp. I’ll need to mess with more I guess and see. I don’t like that it beeps when you press buttons and you can’t turn that off. I don’t want to wake up my daughter if I want to turn it back on. Also the pipe is really long. But yes it blows cold air I dont know why other reviews are saying it’s a glorified fan. It goes down to 61 as the coldest option. And it has two fan modes. Speed 1 and two.

The discrimination says 10000 BTU but what’s being shipped out are only 7000 BTU only rated for a 250 sf area. The unit works well, but it’s not as big as being described.
Make sure you read the label on the side of the unit.

This is nothing more than an overpriced giant fan. Aside from the noise, I followed all the installation instructions, yet it had zero cooling effect. My room is about 140 square feet, with a laptop running alongside this air conditioner on cooling mode, set to the lowest temperature. After 3 hours, the room temperature actually increased due to the laptop’s heat. I checked the condensation tray, and it was completely dry – the compressor wasn’t even functioning.
There’s no after-sales support, whether you try their website or Amazon, no contact info is available. Amazon’s customer service didn’t know how to assist other than offering a refund. To make things worse, repacking the unit for return is nearly impossible.
This is the only product I’ve ever left such a negative review for, and it’s by far my most disappointing purchase.

I noticed some other people’s reviews and thought I need to outweigh their bad reviews with some good ones. This AC unit works FANTASTIC as an ac unit but the User interface is not great. There are 3 modes and it doesn’t tell you how to differentiate the modes. I understand the other 2 people were saying that this ac unit doesn’t work as an ac unit. That’s because they probably have the dehumidifier on rather than the actual AC. I bought this unit, set it up and it worked instantly. It worked so well I bought a 2nd one for another bedroom and it is working equally as well in the other room. Just don’t turn on Humidifier. Also I don’t know if the other reviewers set up the unit properly. You do have to set it up, you do have to have hot air go out a window, if you don’t it’s not going to work properly. I chalk the bad reviews up to human error, not because the unit is bad.
