   He exceeded my expectations and reduced the humidity in the basement to 55% in just over a day. It has now been a week since it was delivered and there is no musty smell in the basement. For an 1800sqft space, this unit dries very quickly.

   I replaced my old 80-pint dehumidifier with this 190-pint commercial model, and it has been great. It is easy to use. When I first turned it on, the humidity was at 60%, so I set it to a target of 10%. After just around an hour, the humidity dropped to 46%, and it had already drained about a gallon of water. I am really impressed with the results. I set it up in my basement, connected the drainage, and let it run automatically. I haven’t checked on it for three days, but every time I go down, the air feels drier. Perfect for my needs.

   This Machine is poweful but it doesn’t make a lot of noise, I definitely can sleep with it . It took me about 10 minutes to set up . My basement is very big I keep a lot of stuff down there , I hate stuff gets molded because of so moisture down there , but now just you walk in the basement you can feel the air is so much drier than before , The outlet water hose let the water go straight down the Drain , worry free for the water overflows . We can now enjoy the basement as our second big living room. This machine is well make with the good materials pretty sure will lasts long time . Perfect!

   A week after I received it, I slowly got used to its dehumidification efficiency. Now I turn it on and set it to run for 4 hours before going to bed every day. My house stays dry every day. And after a month’s bill, my electricity bill did not increase too much. For my 2000sqft house, I accept its energy consumption.

   I received two water hoses, a 16ft water pump drain hose and a 6.5ft gravity drain hose. I felt that the gravity drain pipe was not long enough to reach my drain ditch, so I contacted customer service to buy a longer one, and they gave me one for free. I really appreciate ANDTE’s service.
