Originally purchased this unit approx 10-months ago and it suddenly died with no clear indication as to why. It wouldn’t turn on at all. We typically leave it running 24/7 on the lowest setting and clean the filter once a month.
Contacted their support and they sent a replacement unit incredibly quickly after confirmed the unit was defective (sent a short video).
New unit is running great, overall very happy with the product but even more so with their support.

New filter is on the left, old filter is on the right. I just finished a major bathroom remodel that took far longer than it should have and produced more dust than I’ve ever seen in my life. This little machine really cleaned the air and made my room breathable. I’m very happy with this purchase. I leave it on overnight because I like the gentle white noise… It helps me sleep.

The seller accepted it back which was nice. It just didn’t have the power I was hoping for. I didn’t use it more than just test it. The room I wanted it for is fairly large. For a smaller room it would probably be fine. I liked that it had a place to put scented oils and it was a good price.

This air purifier is exactly what I needed. I already have two in my home but they’re from Target and not sure if they’re true HEPA filter purifiers. But I got this one just yesterday and set it up and I already noticed a difference.
I have five pet rats and I keep them set up in one of my spare bedrooms but I’m mildly allergic to their dander so I have coughing and wheezing fits throughout the night but last night was the first night it wasn’t as bad and I’m so happy about it so I truly believe this little guy is working for us! It’s such a cute little purifier. It’s quiet and it has a lot of settings on it which is nice. I had ours set to 8h and it has a blue light on the top which I left on as kind of a night light for our hallway.
I definitely recommend it if you have pets and want cleaner air from their dander! I’m hoping the filter last awhile but we will cross that bridge later.

It’s runs quiet even on high. Can’t really tell if it’s purifying the air but, I guess I’ll find out when I have to change the filter.
