I had a local Air/Heat company inspect the unit after it stopped cooling. They found Freon leaking out of the coils. It’s an expensive fix and recommended that I purchase a new unit from a different provider. I reached out to the seller and they said there was no warranty and it could not be returned or replace or pro-rated for a new unit. In other words, you’re stuck.

I bought 2 Heaters and A/C units and the A/C unit never works. Bad answer from Amazon and from the seller Sylvane.

The description field shows 125 volt so I was expecting to plug into a regular outlet but come to find out we need to run a dedicated circuit to power this unit which is going to cost hundrds of dollars to get it powered up and running.
