I’m a first time vendor at a farmers market in my town this summer. I hadn’t counted on how hot some of those days would be. Got this as a way to cool down and I love it. The addition of having a bit of a mist plus the fan action makes this a real winner.

Saying this is a evaporator cooler I think is misleading advertising because it’s not. It’s just a misting fan. So I’ll leave that there.
So understanding this is just a misting fan, if you understand that I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. It’s a nice fan. It blows a pretty good amount of air. The misting feature only helps minimally. Even if you put ice water in. So understand it doesn’t cool much more then a regular fan.
The colors are so beautiful on the fan, thats a awesome feature of this! I love that. Its also pretty quiet. It rotates and covers a big area. Plus has a remote. Pretty neat! The battery seems to last decently. But it took a long time to charge, and wouldn’t work on battery power unless I fully charged it.

bought this fan in the middle of a heat wave with no ac- it was a game changer. it’s small but it works so well, the misting doesn’t get anything wet, and has multiple different strength settings for how much mist you want coming out, and on lower settings it alternates which hole the mist comes out of. i like how many different settings there are to fiddle around with on this fan- it’s very easy to set it up for the temp i want. definitely would buy again!

I used this portable cooling fan in my office during some extra warm fall days. The remote made it easy to adjust the fan speeds and misters as needed from my desk chair. My office is a bit cramped, so I loved how little space this cooler required. Also, I liked not having to find a place to plug it in. I’m not sure how long it will last on a full charge, but I ran it for several hours between charges.
The misting feature was helpful during the warmest part of the afternoon. The water reservoir for the misters has a viewport that honestly didn’t do me much good. I couldn’t read the water level even when the gauge was backlit by the LEDs. Still, it doesn’t go through water so fast that you need to worry too much about it.
Speaking of LEDs, both fans and the water reservoir have colored LEDs you can optionally turn on. I didn’t expect to like or use that feature, but the cycling colors was actually kind of relaxing and pretty.
The device is incredibly flexible. Both fans have high/med/low/off speeds and can be controlled independently. You can adjust their angle (up and down), and optionally engage the oscillating feature that rotates the entire unit side to side. Even the misters have high/med/low/off options. I was able to dial it in perfectly to suit my workspace.
I would recommend this device to anyone who needs a personal cooler, particularly if they are low on space. Since it doesn’t require external power, it would also work great in an RV.

First, the unrealistic high expectations in the reviews are laughable. You can clearly see what you’re getting, and at the price you can’t go wrong.
So far, 4 hours of use on medium fans no issues.
This is made for a bedroom, near bed. Mine is 3ft away and kept me perfectly cool.
All features work. Mist feature is cool. Perfect for camping or on a beach

This aqua air misting fan is a solid little gadget for beating the good ol’ TEXAS heat! Not only it’s portable and rechargeable, but it does a good job of keeping you cool. The mist feature is refreshing — kind of reminds me of those fans they used on the sidelines at a football game–but in a much smaller scale.
The battery lasts a fair while, but not forever—nothing does. So just make sure you have your charger handy. There are times when the mist feels like a splash, but nothing major.
Overall, this is a handy and cool way to beat the heat. Quality isn’t too shabby either. This is a good find.

This misting fan by Bell+Howell has been a great help for my kid who has to sleep on the top bunk in the summer heat. She particularly enjoys the soothing LED colors as it sprays its nice cool mist everywhere. Sadly, like any device that sprays water to “cool” an area, the humidity in her bedroom gets quite high and then it feels even hotter.
By leaving the misting out, my kid has had a better experience with “just another fan” – but it’s so much more portable that she can leave it on her bed and not have to worry about it tipping over and startling her.
The fan is really easy to set up and use – and the way the vents can turn really help with adjusting air flow. We were able to leave the fan on its lowest setting for 6-7 hrs before the battery died.

After receiving this and plugging it in, I was immediately impressed by the amount of wind it moved for the size of its fans. It also does a great job of continuously feeding an atomized mist in front of the fans when you switch the mist to ON. I was skeptical how long it would take to empty the water reservoir so I timed it. It lasted over 3 hours before the water was emptied. Only using regular water the cooling effect was noticeable but not amazing. However, I’m betting the effect will be significantly better with iced water.

These came well packaged and no damage. I love the fans, but they could be more powerful as you need to sit in front of them in order to feel it. Everything works well so far, mist is 3x the area covered, and the LED lights are really cool. I am disappointed in how powerful the fans are, they don’t really cool down the space even in a small room. I have it by the bedside so as long as your sitting in front of it you can feel the fans, but they are not very good. It is a nice unit though, easy to carry and fill up. Too bad about the fans, as it was pricey. Thank you
