This stove is going to be a focal point of my living area, so it was disappointing to see the condition of the crate it was shipped in when it arrived. The damage wasn’t as bad as looked like it was going to be. 2 damaged corners and scuff marks on the base. For what I paid for this stove it seems the crating could be more than flimsy wood and cardboard.

We looked all over for a wood stove and so many places were sold out or had small ones. This one is a medium sized wood stove perfect for a medium home! We love it! The price was great too

Absolutely IN LOVE with this wood stove. Took awhile to learn the built in damper and just starting a fire was a learning experience! LOL!!! But once we got it figured out… Awesome!!! Just completely different than old school wood stoves. Highly recommend!

This is a very heavy stove and the shipping unfortunately was not done well. The box had almost no padding and the item was scratched along the entire top. The paint easily scratches off this mark when brushed up on.
Beyond that it seems to work as intended but good luck returning it if you get a damaged one… it weighs hundreds of pounds on a pallet.
What sold us on this unit was the log size and distance to combustible surfaces. For that I would say it was still a good choice.
The air damper is a bit difficult to control- but that seems on par with our old unit of a similar value.
I would say it was easy to instal, but has some quality issues.

Once I received this item I checked the glass to make sure it was not broken, however once I opened it the back had been all smashed in and the base is very loose. The bricks inside had been broken as well!

Came with parts missing firer box put out half the heat they clam. The need to open for it to get the air need for a good burn. This winter will be the real test.

Will fill this in when I have a chance to use the stove.
