The large Boveda humidor bag does exactly what it is supposed to do, which is keep your cigars fresh. I’ve had my cigars in the bag for at least two weeks and have not checked the exact humidity but that they appear to be soft and because I trust the Boveda, the brand I can highly recommend the product based on previous experience. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is because the zipping mechanism came loose, and I had to try to readjust and inserted two or three times on the top of the closure mechanism. Otherwise I would’ve given to five stars.

This is a clear film, soft sided cigar ‘humidor’ which comes with a humidity control pack. Works great. Sadly, someone in the Amazon shipping department decided to slap a shipping label on the outside of the film. Of course, when it arrived it was filthy, scratched and generally in poor shape. Keep in mind, while you don’t ingest them, cigars are consumables, so having this arrive in an unsanitary, compromised condition sort of negates the purpose of the product. Great product, disgraceful shipping.

I am utilizing five of these units, each equipped with calibrated Govee hygrometers, and I can attest to their effectiveness in maintaining consistent humidity levels. These bags and packs are great. They don’t leak, the humidity stays exactly where it’s supposed to and they are pretty darn durable. I’ve had better luck with these things than any humidor I’ve ever had. No seasoning, just put the cigars in the bag and forget about it for a year. It’s super lightweight so it’s easy to move around also.

Simple to use with no activation required. Just use caution opening it for the first time so as not to rip it. The medium size I ordered holds around 12 cigars.
