This moisture absorber works really well to absorb moisture from the air in damp areas. Any container can be used, even without a straining tray. The granules will completely absorb moisture in a few days to a week or more depending on the humidity level, and all that is left in the container is liquid that can easily be poured out. I’ve bought it a few times and wouldn’t be without it anymore during the summer. Remember to keep it out of reach of pets and kids.

I have a car that I don’t drive much over the winter, so I usually put some of this stuff in the passenger compartment and the trunk. Seems to work well…I have to empty the container every week or two and there is always lots of water in it. As a bonus, it smells like fresh laundry…never a bad thing, given how bad cars, RVs, etc can smell after a winter of not being driven.

These work well for cleaning the excess moisture from the air. Surprisingly enough, the price is no better than you can buy locally at Home Depot. And, that is for the original brand name product.

Bought the Cameo product as reviews said this was as good as Damp Rid. I bought both and used them in my bathroom. The Damp Rid has an inch of water while the Cameo has nothing so far. The crystals in the Cameo appear to be “melting” so something is happening with this. However I would say that I will stick with Damp Rid.

Easy to use. Large bag, I used it to refill my damprid containers. Smell great.

Great, does the job perfectly. Saves the earth without having to throw out the whole plastic container each time it fills up

Smells good perfect size for camper

I use the mini dehumidifier in my truck camper. It does a good job absorbing the moisture; you can see it collect in the bottom of the container. I live in the desert which is normally dry, and left the dehumidifier in the camper all winter. Looked at it at the end of March and I was surprised to see water collected in the bottom of the container! Good product.

I really like the lavender smell on these

I saw this refill at a cheaper price so decided to buy it. Complete waste of money. Does not absorb any water at all.
I have had it in my bathroom for weeks now and there is not a drop of water. Instead, as other reviewers also experienced, the small beads have clumped up.
What a useless product. I would love my money back so that I can buy Damp Rid refills instead. Those actually work.

I bought this one to remove moisture in my room. After a few days, I found some sort of water in this. So good.

I put one of these in my finished basement and I was surprised how much moisture that I actually have down there. The container started absorbing the moisture right away and the very light smell of lavender was great. I will always have one of the containers down there from now on,
