I bought them to put around my cat’s litter box and I was amazed at how well they worked. I put two and was shocked to see how much moisture they absorbed in just a couple weeks. It doesn’t get rid of the smell completely but definitely helps. My only negative is that the plastic lid falls off so easily, but I just leave it off.

This was an absolute waste of money and I am very disappointed. They did not catch any moisture at all. I followed the instructions to a T: removed the foil wrapper, leaving the white safety layer over the top.
I know there are decent reviews from others, so maybe I received a bad batch or something… all I know is that these Canager absorbers did not absorb anything, when Vacuplus ones (the refillable variety) placed in the same locations in the past would absorb large amounts of moisture.
Taking a chance on this brand was not worth it, and I wish I could have my money back, considering I wasted $20 on a product that did absolutely nothing.

I bought these in August 2023 because I’d had a plumbing problem in my apartment. Put one in the cabinet below the bathroom sink, and one in the adjoining storage closet in the hall. Two months later – October 2023 – and they’re full! See the picture.
I don’t notice the “purple” (ie lavender) scent – in fact they don’t put out any scent so far as I’m concerned. Oh well. The point of the product was to remove the humidity and they did. 10/10 will buy again.
