This is not true. When I use it cordlessly after the green light indicates that it’s fully charged, it barely lasts an hour.
If I keep it plugged in while it’s operating, it does last longer, but it’s limited by the amount of water in the reservoir, and it doesn’t notify you if it’s running out of water, so you have to keep an eye on it. I have to keep an eye out for it. I’d rather turn it on and forget it.
Yes, it does put out a cooling mist. It’s a swamp cooler. So, be prepared to put towels around it, and be prepared to wipe off nearby objects. I put it under my desk, and my pants were soaked from the knees down.
And surprise! There’s a sticker on the cartridge saying that it needs to be replaced every 1-3 months. So there’s an added unexpected expense for operating it.
Plus, the description says, the reservoir holds 550 ml, which is approximately 18 ounces. Not a huge deal, but if you fill it to the MAX Fill line, it’s 17 ounces.
Also unexpected – it needs ice.
I so wish this worked as advertised, it seemed like such a great solution.

After 1 use, didn’t hold a charge, leaked like crazy. Tried to get full refund from Seller but After days of trying to get 100% refund, I settled for 75% refund and got to keep product. But i ended up garbaging product. This product was definitely a “buyer beware” product. Will never buy from this Seller again.

The product does not cool any space efficiently. It only puts out a cool mist if you are standing directly in front of it. After charging it overnight, it only works for about an hour, before shutting off. When zi try to restart it, it works foe about 10 seconds before shutting off again. It is drfinetly not worth 93.00.

I bought this great personal cooler for me and my husband saw it and loves it! Works great! Blows cool moust air with a mist in your direction. Holds small tank that lasts us hours. To keep it really cool and cold, refrigerated water to tank, a few small ice cubes, and freeze the replaceable filter. Max cold on hot summer days! High, Medium, and Low Fan settings. Colorful light options, including a fading from one color to another. Great for a soft summer night light! Do yourself a favor, buy Two! One for you and one for a friend!

I thought I did good research on this product. It seemed perfect for what I needed so I finally decided to pay the price.
It is important to know that I was fully prepared to love this Chillwell.
It is not difficult to set-up. When it runs it does what is claimed.
First, I noticed that it did not hold a charge for long. Certainly not for a couple of hours. I let it charge for hours with no improvement in use time. I used the Chillwell with the charge cord plugged in with no discernible change. I know, it sounds weird but I am not making it up.
Second, and this is difficult to believe, it would turn itself on even when I was not around. I would make sure it was off and come back and the thing was running. In our technological world this, at first, seemed weird but possible. Later I realized that the Chillwell was not connected to any electronics. I would not have mentioned this but it happened time after time. I am not crazy though I may be an easy mark given that I believed all the hype about this product.
Ultimately I threw the chillwell in the trash. I give it one point because it did arrive with all the info and I could set it up and it did work for a short time. The remainder of the time I had it I experimented with different ways to use it hoping that my experience was user error. Nope, this product sucks. Period! Finish! I was bummed out because I literally threw away the money and I wanted something to help with cooling my place.
I used a very cheap and effective method of cooling that, to my amazement, helped. I froze gallon milk containers filled with water and placed them in front of my tabletop fan. Voila! Cooler air! Remember to put something under the milk container. It will sweat as the ice melts.

The air chiller works. There are a few problems.
First, it does not operate on low speed for 8 hours. 5 is what I experience on a fully charged battery,
Second, the water reservoir is small. It empties in about 2 hours, so needs regular refilling.
Don’t expect it to cool a hot room down rapidly.
So, I leave it plugged in and keep a picture of water nearby.

I was excited to acquire this product. The price seemed right and we have a small place, and only our bedroom at night needs cooling. Given we live in the Seattle area, we do not need an expensive AC given we have like 3 days of hot weather each year. Nevertheless, when its hot, sleep is difficult, esp for my wife. So, I made the purchase. I was excited when it started and seemed to actually work, but after about an hour it stopped working. I tried everything to get it to work again, but no. It only turns on now for about 5 seconds before shutting down. Piece of crap. Don’t waste your money. They said they would send me a return document within 5 days, that is up in a few hours and still nothing. Not a great vendor.

I love this little room cooler. No plug. Charges quickly. Cools really well. 4 cooling settings, one of which is turbo. The selection of lights colors, if you choose to use, is a nice touch. I have used it with the filter as is, with the filter in the freezer for the 1 hour suggested time, and without the filter but a couple of ice cubes in the water instead. All ways worked great for me. I don’t have the space for a traditional AC. This little beauty is on an end table next to my couch and cools me with no problem. I was a little concerned about the fact that is uses water. I did some research on-line ,with regard to dampness and humidity. Because it’s evaporative, this does not occur. If there is some condensation, it simply drips into the water container. A great product.

Living in sunny Florida great, but too hot on summer days!!!, I bought that product to use in bedroom, it’s great for one room, not whole house, it’s definitely helping to cool temperature down, easy to use , charge and carry, great airflow and low noice!!!
