The AC machine is fairly easy to install and does a great job cooling. It claims it’s pretty quiet, but even on the lowest and night setting it’s pretty loud. I won’t be able to sleep with it, but it’s nice during the day. The remote has a screen so you can see the controls when sitting away from the machine. It is pretty big and heavy but overall works well.

I absolutely love this portable AC! Putting it together was easy, and once up and running, it cools like a dream. I won’t lie that it can be a bit loud while cooling, but it doesn’t last long, as it transitions to a much quieter fan mode once it reaches your desired temperature. I use this unit to cool not only my living room but also my dining room and kitchen in my apartment, and it does a great job of maintaining a constant temperature throughout. The remote control is very useful, and it even works seamlessly from across my apartment. One thing that surprised me is its energy efficiency, my apartment is poorly insulated and gets hit by the morning and afternoon sun, which used to turn it into a hotbox during sunny weather. However, with this unit running 24/7, I was relieved to discover that my energy bill only increased by around $10 per month. That’s a small price to pay for the comfort it provides. If you’re looking for a reliable and low-cost cooling solution, I strongly recommend giving this unit a try.

Right off the bat the remote control did not have the rear cover? Used unit? The AC unit was hooked up and plugged in per instructions. Unit turns on but the inside fan clicks and did not activate. No cold air would blow out.It would turn off after a couple minutes. The outside of the unit would build up a lot of condensation in the couple of minutes it was on. I wish it would have worked. Wondering if I should re order or opt for another brand or a window unit.

This portable AC has been amazing for us so far. I love that the remote control allows me to use this AC without needing to be in the same room. The beeping noise is very helpful also, letting me know when it’s working. I’m even thinking about getting a second one for the other side of the house. It has truly made a difference in our lives, and we couldn’t be happier with its performance.

7-11-2024 opened the box and the remote control battery door is missing. ran the unit and the squirrel cage that blows the air rattles a bit. Ill update if seller makes send me a remote or battery door and maybe the rattle will go away over time. cant recommend anyone to purchase this as of right now.

After contact with manufacture, amazon, and reseller I am still without remote control. I have a number of hours of conversations with various reps with a case number assigned but no resolution. phone reps kept telling me the unit did not come with batteries and could not comprhend that the back of the remote was missing and I had batteries. Very poor customer service.
