Works great, easy to install if you have some skill. It heat and cools a large size room. It’s just like the ones in hotels. Will need to cut a hole in the wall and run some power to it. Zero problems so far.

I received a defective unit, which does not work at all. I have been asked to ship it back at my own expense which is costly,plus i had to ask the contractor to put it on the wall another expense. We have been out of AC for the last few days in hot summer days . Is this just my bad luck or they do not check the quality of the item before shipping? Bad experience with cooper and Hunter brand.

This unit, paired with a dedicated dehumidifier saved my large entertainment space from a chronic humidity and light mold problem. Installation was incredibly easy and being able to control it via app while away from home and as temperatures fluctuate between seasons is a godsend. I’m in love with this appliance and am so thankful for it. Very reasonably priced. If I ever need to, I will buy this unit again and highly recommend it to those who need a PTAC, Specifically. I do have a Smart Govee Dehumidifier and Smart Govee Hygrometer in the space. Between the two appliances and hygrometer unit (which comes along with an iPhone widget for easy monitoring and alerting of parameters), I can better understand the environmental conditions of my space and control it remotely without a worry. Like I said before, this unit is instrumental to creating an effective temperature and humidity ecosystem.

Delivered on time. Replaced an old unit. After installing the new casement it took 15 minutes to install the unit. Works well cools fast. Quieter than the old unit.
