This product seems to work as I can see water starting to pool at the bottom of the container which is great. I use these in the corners of my camper slide outs where water seems to pool when it rains. A temporary measure while I’m waiting to find a fix. Been using one container for almost 2 weeks now and its collected just under a 1/4″ of water.
However when I opened the container for the first time, the inner baskets that hold the beads were broken on all 4 containers. Because there’s a lip holding the basket up inside the outer container, and because the item was shipped with the beads inside the basket, the weight of the beads being jostled during shipping broke the thin plastic baskets in half which was a bit annoying. Not worth returning them though, I just taped the baskets back together and as long as there’s some gaps at the bottom for liquid to drip through it seems to work just fine. Would be nice if they packaged the beads separately from the containers though so I don’t have to tape every single basket together.

We are in Texas so humidity is a constant in summer. We live in an RV, I am constantly watching for mold due to the humidity. FortunatelyI have never found any mold. I keep 4 of these situated in different place. No issues at all. I reuse them which is very cost effective. And takes minutes.

The crystals are pretty small, but the holes on the top are very large. When you first fill the container, it’s very easy to go and spill the whole thing. After a few days the crystals do pick up some moisture and start clumping together, so it’s ok after a while. I cut some of the permeable paper from some of those hanging moisture absorbers (with the paper on one side of the pouch holding the crystals and the pouch that picks up water below) and put that between the bucket and the lid – it works great! I think this would be a better product if the lid already had a paper/mesh layer. ‘
They work great though, and are overall easy to fill and place around the house.

I use these in every room of my house to take the moisture out of my house! I can always tell when it runs out you can feel a difference in your house! These are easy to use ! Just take the top off . take the plastic bag of moisture sucking beads out cut the bag . Pour back into plastic container. Then you are all set! I recommend keeping an eye on it to dump the liquid out . That way if you accidentally knock it over it won’t spill the liquid all over!
