This is my second set of mini-splits in a barndominium I’ve lived in since 2010. Although I’d never heard of the brand, I read positive reviews and purchased a dual unit this spring and had a local HVAC company install them. They’ve worked great for a few months until an E4 error occured which indicated low pressure. The installer came back and found a loose fitting he missed.
The best thing about these are the people at Della. I can’t tell you how responsive and dedicated they are to customer service which is unfortunatley rare these days. They respond quickly and offer suggestions for troubleshooting. If you’re considering these, rest assured, you’ll be pleased!

I never installed a mini-split system before, this was a DIY project for me and it was a bit harder than I expected but well worth it. For the smaller 1/4in line set, the manual gives a torque value of 15 – 20 newton-meters but torquing it to 20 newton-meters keep breaking the flares, so the highest I could torque it to was 17 newton-meters. This dual zone 12 + 12 18K BTU system is blowing cold air in scorching Arizona, only time will tell how it holds up but so far it’s a great value the price.

Our home was built in 1949 in Texas, so we survive the hot summers with window units. We decide to invest in these mini split while renovating and we are loving them! Pretty easy to install, super quite, and they cool a very good area. Central Air is very expensive and we have found this to be a viable and affordable option! Very pleased with these!

I’m only giving these units one star because it’s the lowest I could select. I’ve had not one thing work the way it should have. First let’s start with these units claim they are “DIY, do it yourself” nope that’s false you need to hire a HVAC contractor to pressure test your line sets and vaccum your unit which in the product description it has zero disclosures about. I got my unit up and running to find out there was no refrigerant or gases in the system to heat/ cool so I had to hire a HVAC tech and spend another $750 of my money to get the units running but the seller claims they are DIY and battled me on my issues until I provided them with a receipt. They wanted to return my units which were permantly installed in my house, 2.5” holes in my walls through my vinyl siding, and a hole through my foundation. Then I had to tell them it’s not possible to uninstall the units and return them for I will have huge holes in my house. Now my unit has power going to it, but won’t blow anything out of the head but still thinks it’s running. I reset the breaker and the head wont work now. I’m writing this review trying to decide if the product or customer service is worse. At this point I’ll be spending more money on servicing this unit than the actual cost of buying the unit. Absolutely horrific experience 0/5 stars and I will never purchase from them again and I will do everything in my power to make sure my fellow family members, friends, and contractors do not use them as well.

I have been using these for a few months now. It works so well. I am still learning about all the things it can do. It has a self-cleaning, ionizing, and more. I had never heard of a mini split. I had an addition put on the house and the contractor mentioned this. Now I find a lot of people know about these.

Im a residential remodeling contractor, this dual unit is both economical and effective.
If your looking to purchase for yourself the split unit design works well with mobile homes and small spaces. With some pre-planning and the right tools you can get this done in a day.
Things you will need:
Hole saw
Drill
Screws
Level
Mounting bracket or ground pad
AC disconnect (check your local code)
Conduit (check code)
Appropriate wire (ie… 12/2, 14/2 etc)
Vacuum pump
Hvac manifold
If you have little experience, I would definitely consult with a professional on doing this installation.
After installing I put it through the tests using a handheld infrared thermometer. Ensuring the unit is switching from cool to warm air.
I have installed multiple units so far and no issues.
The instructions provided are decent, but as usual there are little things not covered that an experienced pro will know to do. Like adapters fir the line sizes provided etc.
All in all a good unit. Will update after a summer of Arizona heat.

After little research I did order this mini split and so far I’m happy with my decision.Delivery took little longer than I expected (it comes on rails)but otherwise pretty easy diy installation . Just peace of mind this units have 16 ft lines so downsized if need longer like I do have to be extra purchased $.Irecommend two people to install -it’s much easier.costumer service responded pretty quickly via email.Both units cooling pretty good which was purpose so everything is good 👍.I’m using this a/c for over month so if something will occur in future I’ll update.
