I purchased 3 units from Amazon made by Della. They are two 36k Quad units and one 9k unit. They are working great.
The units were easy to install and hook up. More importantly customer service and tech support were the best I have experienced in a longer time. Response time was fast and their continued beyond their response.

I love the System, it really works really nice. I like the fact that you can control it with the cell phone, It is a smart system so it will tell you things like your filter is dirty. Needs to be clean.. I love how it looks Also, it requires only a 25 amp Compared to my old unit with a compressor drawing 30 A and the inside unit drawing 50 amp not comparison at all, so I expect big savings on the electric bill The only downside is that it only comes with 16 foot lines, but I made my own lines but you need to have a flaring tool and fittings and of course after you vacuum need to add Refrigerant but I’m highly satisfied with this unit

Well unfortunately my house is long and has up and down living areas. Della only provided 16 ft sections which are way to short. I have to purchase l9nger lines if im going to be able to install.
