I suffer from sinus problems. Chronic nose bleeds. I was recently out of town and didn’t have my humidifier. I had nose bleeds daily. Now I’m home and so very much looked forward to sleeping with this device. I missed it! It does a perfect job and is a night light at the same time. It’s quiet and easy to fill.

have had it for a month, i love the app. when you fill it dont put water in the little slit where steam comes out of.
other than cleaning it once a week (or month if youre lazy like me) that is pretty much it. it does what it says it does, and the app has worked with no issue. btw dont pour water straight into the base to clean it either. only the main water unit.
you can turn the display and beeping noise off from within the app and pretty much customize everything.

– After just a few months, the low water level light starts blinking as soon as you turn it on, and then it decides to shut off randomly, even with water still in the tank. I have cleaned it multiple times, and it still continues to exhibit the same issue.
– On top of that, this sneaky leak develops between the base and the water tank. If you miss that sneaky leak, you’ll wake up to a watery disaster all over your floor and nightstand! And who’s going to take responsibility for the damage caused by their faulty product?
– And lastly, the fact that this company doesn’t even have a customer service phone number. You’re left to deal with frustrating email exchanges that take days to get a response! It’s ridiculous that what could have been a quick 15-30 minute phone call turns into a long, drawn-out email chain. I have family to take care of and checking my emails is the last thing in my mind especially when you have a toddler.
The company could greatly improve customer satisfaction by providing a customer service phone number for more efficient and timely issue resolution. A direct line of communication would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and help address concerns more effectively.

I have purchased this humidifier three times. I purchased the first one to test out and see if it was what I was looking for to go in my daughter’s room. We live in a high desert so it is always dry but winter takes it to a whole new level. My daughter is prone to bloody noses because of the dry air. This humidifier has proven to be everything we need. It is simple to operate and more importantly, to clean and maintain. I like that it has a nightlight feature and that it can connect to an app so that I can set timers and get alerts when it is low on water. We liked it so much that we bought two more for my other children’s rooms.
I should also mention that it holds enough water to only need to be refilled once a day with continuous use. But it is still small enough to not take up a lot of space.

Instructions are excellent – read them. The demineralization cartridge is worth the added price along with the app and Alexa voice-enabled features. I bought the refill pack of cartridges—easy to find with a quick search. Very easy to fill. Whisper quiet. If you’re looking for a humidifier to use when suffering colds and flu, get this one; you won’t regret it.

Works great! I definitely recommend cleaning at least every 200 hrs (recommended is 100) because there will be build up underneath the tank. The wifi option with the app are awesome. Very user friendly. Only downside is having to keep refilling. I keep mine on ~10hrs/day on the low setting and I refill it every 3 days. But, It’s easy to refill and very quiet. Has helped my nose bleeds from the dry desert air!

This was super easy to setup and came with great instructions. The extra few dollars is totally worth the smart version so you can control with your phone. I love the nightlight option to have a dim green or brighter green night light, or you can turn the light off completely. It works very well.
