I’m a professional finisher and spray finishes on site during in-home repair. I doubled up 2 charcoal filters in place of the pre filter. This was highly effective in removing voc odors from an enclosed area. I also used lay-flat poly duct to run to a window, range hood, etc. to exhaust voc odors this way as well. This requires a 24” lay-flat poly duct to fit the rectangular end with the retaining clip. This set up is a game changer for in-home spraying & finishing.

Bought new in 2022. Worked OK. Decided to replace Filter – sold 8 at a time for 1400.00 – OR buy from jon don for 243.39 including Tax and Shipping – Unit does not recognize filter.
There is some Genius CEO at Dri Eaz telling his Mom about making people Spend 1400.00 a Pop for filters.
I bought a Competing Unit – 500 not 1000.00 Filters are 2 for 149.03 – NOT 243.39 EACH
Wishing I had bought Blu Dri the first time.
PLEASE Research Filter replacement Before Buying.

I purchased this item new and was sent a used scrubber. The packaging was not intact as you would find on a new device. Also, the filter smelled like mildew. And the unit should come with TWO new filters not just the pre filter.
I wonder how many other units were sold under the guise of being new when it was really used?

So far so good. We had a condo association fire sprinkler line failure that flooded entire condo. After wet drwall removal and remediation there was dust everywhere. The blown in attic insulation fell to the floor making lots of dust. The new drywall work and tile floor work made even more dust.
I have had the unit for a week now and it seems to be doing the job pulling the dust out of the air while we clean all the other surfaces.
I like the multiple speed touchpad. There are 8 speeds. You can set it lower for quieter operation.

I bought this knowing full well it was intended for contractors. I had a different purpose laid out for it: a whole house residential air purifier. I was warned by other customers about the noise. My wife and I are retirees so other family members won’t be bothered. We live in the country and experience lots of dust. We put it in the basement of our 2000 sq ft up and 2000 sq ft down house. It completely cleaned the air (4000 sq ft) in less than 3 hours. You know how when the sun comes in a window you see dust particles? Well, no more dust in the air at all! Can’t hardly believe it! We run it on level 4 out of 8 levels and in the basement the noise is not objectionable. After the house is thoroughly cleaned, we turn it off. I wish we had bought this years ago. Nice knowing our lungs are taking in clean air! You see, this is our very first day of owning it and I’m super pumped what this means for our health. And it’s made in the USA! My hunch was right, that it could function as an air purifier, not just a contractor’s air scrubber. Don’t walk, run out and purchase one and protect your lungs!

Had this only a few month and the amount of dust it sucks in is amazing. Works way better then the negative air fan I was using and easier to get my crews to use. The bad is ive had a horrible time finding filters. Luckily the manufacture was nice enough to send me a local shop some what near me that I was able to order from and have shipped. The filters that come up on Amazon only seem to be for the discontinued model(Heppa 500) and not the 700 model and from what I can tell are not interchangeable. Hopefully they will start to stock the correct filters and model numbers for the filter for the 700 and make it easier to purchase through Amazon.

After my basement flooded I decided to purchase a commercial grade air purifier to help with mold and mildew while I sanitized the area. It worked great for my purpose but I had difficulty setting it up. It suggested an additional carbon filter that can be purchased separately but it’s not available on Amazon. I have followed links from their website that directed me to an incorrect filter so I have had to make several returns and have yet to receive the proper size. Also, the app and wifi is difficult to set up and requires a business profile. I wouldn’t suggest this for basic home use but it was significantly cheaper to buy than the professional flood cleanup company in my area who use this exact model with their services.

We received the product in an Amazon box not a product box. Is this normal? For this amount of money was expecting it to be packaged appropriately. Did not come with the 4 pack carbon filters that are mentioned in the details
