I have been purchasing these on repeat for a while. They work well in my moderately humid apartment. Depending on the season, I end up needing to replace them every month or so. They collect a good amount of water and are practical to use. The only downside is it is messy to discard them once done. The salts leak into the water drip bag below and the water gets sticky. So when you are pouring it out, if it touches your hands or any surface, it is difficult to clean up the sticky residue.

When we moved into our home, we were a little apprehensive about the master-bedroom design having the bathroom/shower between the bedroom and the closet. You have to walk through the bathroom to access the closet. This might not seem like a big deal but over time the steam from the shower makes its way into the closet – whether you keep the door closed or not – and it will start to smell musty. We tried a dehumidifier, it worked but it was removing so much moisture from the air that it caused everyone’s sinuses discomfort and we were still having issues with things like linens becoming musty and having to be re-washed. These little Dry & Dry packs have worked very well. I placed them in the area of the closet, closest to the bathroom, that always had issues and it really helped. So much so that we put one in the basement to help with the moisture that builds up there. So far they last us about 3 months before all the absorber-beads were gone.

I had never heard of these before nor do I have anything to compare them to. My friends car got flooded and I bought these for her. It’s been 2 days and half of the bags are already filled up. It’s almost like magic. Lol. I highly recommend.

These are much smaller than the damp-rid version but they work well! But for the cost, I’ve found damp rid in person to be cheaper than Amazon! And those last longer than these!

Living on the water in Florida, our house is very humid. I keep these in our closets and it majorly helps the humidity and stale/musty smell it sometimes causes. Good price and does the job! I have these on subscribe and save. I swap them out probably every other month or so.

I like the Dry & Dry 14oz. The bigger size is better for me. I’m glad they are made in the larger size.
