I wasn’t sure what to expect with this fireplace, but I’m so happy with it! It’s in our den, which is on a slab in Michigan. So all winter long I used this, and it works great! I do wish there were more heat settings other than “low” or “high” but it is what is is. I’m keeping it.

We like the fireplace. Great colours and heat. Only disadvantage is the fireplace is free standing on 4 feet. I had to fabricate brackets to mount in RV. Otherwise very happy

Definitely looked a lot faker in person 😅 but it works well! Sometimes the remote doest want to work, but the buttons on the fireplace itself work fine. Definitely nice and toasty!

We wanted a fireplace in our living room. We have a very large entertainment center and there is an area just below the tv where sound system and other equipment is supposed to go. We only use firestick now so that left an empty space there. This fireplace fits PERFECTLY into that spot and provides just the ambience that we were wanting. It provides a nice looking fire and provides heat when you need it. Love it. You will too.

Got this unit to replace a malfunction one I bought over 15 years ago. It has the perfect measurements to fit my old mantle and make it look nicer than before. Note that I do not use this as a heating source, my use is merely for esthetics and winter mood as we are no longer authorized to use/install wood fireplace in my area. Works well, a little bit less noisy than original one. The only thing is the remote can be improved, I don’t think it has a good reach and sometimes you must be like next to the unit to make it work.. which then it becomes point less to have a remove. This unit is not close to a “real flame” effect but is close enough and way better than my previous one… I really like it.

Really like the fireplace. A few things to mention. I really wish the cord would be on the back wall of the unit vs the side of it. Would make it much easier to insert into the frame. Second, would be nice if there were more options for different colors of the fire. And third, the remote that came with it is total trash. I have to push the button several times before it works. Really poorly made.

Love this fireplace. However, a year after purchasing the glass cover for the co trol panel popped off and broke. I can’t find a replacement one anywhere.

My fireplace was too big to fit any of the inserts I found, and this combination worked perfectly. It was so easy to slide it onto the insert.

 We replaced our old fireplace with the model pictured. We love it!! It is so realistic and the heat element is quiet and sends out a good bit of heat. We would definitely recommend this company and this particular model. I would purchase this fireplace again!!

This was the second electric fireplace I purchased. This one fit but we couldn’t figure out how to secure it. There were no instructions or hardware to do so. We called technical support and they couldn’t offer any assistance. It was the perfect size and had many options, but did Us no good if we couldn’t get it secured in place.
