Puts out the heat and is easy to light. A+
Variable heat from full on hot to just the pilot lite on and it’s at an idol…..
It’s looks like it is built to last also!.
Pull the trigger, it will d the job and you will be glad you did!.

The heater when dialed in works great, BuTTTTTTT. I installed heater directly off the gas meter with a flexible gas line. this was easy part- first couple days heater worked decent only had to restart a few times- then got more and more common- Even replace flex line with solid black pipe to assure it was getting enough gas supply- The pilot kept going out- so after almost a week and 10 hours on hold to customer service(never once got through) i decided to try to fix heater my self( almost ended up in the garbage. So i removed the heat shield and hit the thermo coupler with some sand paper and slightly tweeked it closer to the pilot and bingo perfection- heater has ran flawless for 2 months since. I even had a meter on the line to measure gas flow volume. to confirm i had enough.

Didn’t even work all winter for us. I couldn’t get the pilot light to stay lit even though I had plenty (and I mean PLENTY) of gas flow coming into it. Then, decided to just sit there and hold the pilot knob down for 1 min.. didn’t work… 2 mins… didn’t work… finally 4.5 minutes worked! I was stoked even though we used it on an open-air, covered patio and about 96% of the heat escaped up and out. Hey, not the heater’s fault. What WAS the heater’s fault, however, was how it worked for about 6 days over the winter and then the 4.5 minute pilot light button trick stopped working. Eventually, no amount of time holding that button and hurting my thumb would light it up and keep it lit. So, now its a big expensive piece of trash. I am now looking at buying another $300 solution. What a wasted. 🙁

I’ve had this heater 2 weeks now. I used a 1/2” hose. This thing puts out some serious heat!

Arrived in great shape, no dents or scrapes. We hooked it up to our gas hose for our Weber gas grill, which is a 3/8″ like the one offered as an add-on. It fired but did not throw much heat, and did not “glow” like the picture shown in Amazon’s listing. We have a 1/2″ pipe coming out from our patio wall. So we changed the shut-off valve to a 3/4″ valve, used a 1/2″ flex hose that is about 10 feet long, and lit it again. Wow, heats great, glows and warms our patio even in 20 degree weather.

The unit is well build and not too heavy.
Ignition was easy and you know it’s on!
Can’t tell too much of a difference between low and high but it was daytime when I ran it.
I like it’s fairly low profile and look forward to adding it to my earthquake supplies and occasional night use.
Live in So Calif.
Unit doesn’t stand out as much as an umbrella heater and won’t blow over.
Would highly recommend

Excellent garage heater !!
From 30 degrees to 62degrees in 2 hours. That is Fast !!
I wish it had a thermostat , but other then that , it’s great !!
Amazon Customer –
Highly recommend. It seriously generates alot of heat for our backyard patio. Using it in Washington State. The only downsize is getting it lighted is near impossible in a strong wind. What I love about this product over your standard patio overhead radiant heaters is this one is low to the ground and you can get right up against it. You will get burned if you touch it. Great product.
