The legs are very wobbly and difficult to put on. More importantly, it barely pushes out any heat.

Item arrived quickly and was well packaged. The legs were a little difficult to attach, you need a medium to long length Phillips screwdriver. Heat output is good and what I expected for 1500w heater. It heats up the room nicely. The fire effect looks great and the different light levels are nice. The plastic log doesn’t look like a log, more like a pile of embers but whatever. The timer is a real nice feature especially for a bedroom. Took me a few minutes to figure out the controls but the included manual helped. The buttons on the unit are hard to see, so it’s easier to control with the remote. The door on the front looks nice and seems like real glass rather than plastic, but it doesn’t open and close as easily as it could. Overall this unit is a good value for the money because the remote, and is a good looking heater for small to medium size room.

We bought this for my sister’s 10×20 foot sun room. It’s an add on, so there’s no heat or ac connection from the house. Tried using it for two weeks during the winter, left it on overnight to see if it made an difference and the room was still freezing. I don’t know how this could heat a 400sq ft room, as advertised. Too late to return. It’s great if you are trying to warm the room a little more than the rest of the house, if you have an hvac system in place. If it’s a guarge, she’d, or add-on room, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I am so happy with my “fireplace” heater. I am happy that it does not require a lot of room in my small apartment, it is easy to put on the legs, and easy to move. I rarely use my baseboard heater anymore. I keep the “flames” on most of the time because I enjoy the look! I use the remote constantly. The only thing I would change on the remote is the temperature setting. You can’t go up or down, you have to go through all the temps (64-82 in even numbers) to get to the temp you want. BUT, do not let that stop you. This is an attractive heater with the ambience of a small fireplace. I am very happy with mine.

I use in my garage (330 sq ft) for my dogs. It heats very well and rather quickly. Albeit, I adore the three open views of the flame and that’s why I purchased the fireplace stove. I had some issues placing the legs on because the area is rather teeny tiny and I had to purchase a long, skinny Phillips head driver. Which is a usefully tool for future projects.
