The temperature control on AC panel is completely off. You set temperature to 76 degrees and AC works until room temperature drops to 66 degrees. It’s off by 10 degrees no matter what temperature you set it on.

it’s for my garage. I received the AC very well packed and the cage fit very well, and the apps works very well. it not complicated to install with a handy man to help. very good product

When it works it’s quiet and good but we can’t even turn it on . The app is soooo badly designed . All it’s reviews are one star but Friedrich must not care.
If you can actually get in the app it still won’t turn ac on .
I spent $900 and I can’t get it to turn on.

We had old friedrich ACs and thought it was time to do an update. The quality of the products declined so much. The new ones are much louder than the old model. Also they’re not capable of cooling things down. They are very disappointing products.

Its really nice and keeps the home cool but doesnt really makes it cold like i expected
