The air conditioner was listed as damaged but in perfect working condition, which it was. I found where it may have been dented on a side panel but that did not affect the performance of the unit. Thus, the price was greatly reduced, all to my benefit.

Worse product I ever bought here from Amazon this ac is from out of the country, which I did not know, so the the plug is different from the USA plug I spent a lot of money trying to find the converter for this outlet and none of the work now I’m stuck with a ac that doesn’t work

Fits fine in the installed sleeve through the wall. Not enough insulation for around the air conditioner. NOT 208/230V AS ADVERTISED. this is a 230v air conditioner. It turns on and produces cold air, but none of the front panel indications work and the different settings do not work. Big failure from Amazon and Frigidaire.
