This system arrives much sooner than I anticipated, it was delivered in a flat bed truck on a pallet. It was well packaged. It was installed and works great. Whisper quiet. I have two Daikin FIT systems for my 3400 sq/ft home that have been working like a champ so when the 7 year old LG heat pump condenser coil went out in my garage shop I needed a replacement. I knew that Goodman was owned by Daikin so I took a chance and ordered this unit. Sure enough the installation instructions say its a Daikin product. I am in the process of installing it but I can say that the equipment and line set are first class and I am just waiting for a line set cover kit to arrive to complete the installation. For the price this can’t be beat.

This is indeed a Daikin made unit out of Malaysia. I have installed this 12kbtu unit in my finished garage and its been working flawlessly for the past month in heating and cooling mode. The indoor unit is so quiet that you cannot hear it running. There was a considerable amount of research that went into this purchase and I compared all of the economy brands. Ultimately, the “goodman” unit won because its made by a reliable company instead of a Chinese copy with no brand support. I have installed several mini split systems in the past and this unit was no different. I can say that I’m highly pleased and will likely purchase another one in the near future.

I have always been a fan of Goodman products for their simplicity and ease of getting parts quickly. With a really good warranty they honor 100% of the time my experiences. So was a no brainer to get this equipment at a really good price and I’m not a fan of the ones with the R23 refrigerant. I had a few tech questions they quickly responded and set me another line set longer then the one included in the package was to short. FedEx’d me a new one out the very next day offered to return the 16ft included beings I didn’t need it they told me to keep it for future projects. Post pics later but nothing but good things to say about this seller and my confidence in them. As an HVAC tech I truly appreciate that some other brands company’s are not so nice unless you are a super star for them or s all I’m going to say.

System works very well. I install many types of mini splits. I have worked in the hvac field for many years. I rate this mini split just as high as I would any of the higher end systems. It is extremely quiet. It’s not a big deal but if I could change anything I’d like to see a display of the temp on the front of the unit.
