First, this fireplace arrived over a week late so I didn’t have it for the event I needed it for. Then, when I opened the box, it was packed poorly. The directions for putting it together were good. However, the material is so cheap that the screws just pulled out. The holes for the dowels were too big and useless. It was missing a few screws. It is barely holding together. I would return it if it weren’t such a pain in the butt! I am going to buy some brackets to attach it together better and make the best of it. Don’t do it! Spend a little more and get a good one.

I live in S FL and didn’t buy this for the heater but it works well when I tested it. It’s not too difficult to assemble but you need to carefully follow the instructions. It took 2 1/2 hours to assemble. It fit perfectly in my small space. It’s well made and really pretty and the price is very good! I just love the ambience of the faux flames! ❤️

Great fireplace with a small footprint with most of the desired features you would want. Only lacks a fan speed controller. The actual fire screen is a little small relative to the Mantel but pretty.

This fireplace is beautiful when all put together, but was extremely hard to assemble. There are no written directions only pictures and the pictures aren’t very specific so it was trial and error during assembly, which was slightly annoying and difficult and the wood is very fragile and will break easily if too much pressure is applied. Just a tip, skip the sticker part because if you end up putting it on wrong and want to re-center it, it will rip the wood coat off. Also came with a few chips in the wood. Other than that it blows great heat and the flame really is beautiful so all and all it is worth the buy.

We opened the box and went to assemble the fireplace and noticed that one of the side panels ( #6, was the number on it ) that would face inside of the cabinet after it was put together was cracked from side to side towards the bottom.

Sadly I bought this 5 months ago for my RV remodel. Even had and outlet repositioned to accommodate the unit. It’s worked fine every time it’s been tested. Less than 2 weeks of usage, no more heat function. E3 comes up whatever that means. I went to the link Amazon provided to the manufacturer and it’s non existent.
If you want a cute decoration, albeit expensive.
**Addendum. The company reached out to offer assistance after reading my frustrated response. I had already run down the manufacturer’s similar FP and learned the code meant to unplug for 5 minutes. I tried 2x yet still no heat. The best practice was to unplug for15 minutes (in my situation) and it’s been running fine ever since (yay). I’d be bummed to lose this unit as it was the perfect size and focal point of my sitting room.

I’m very happy with our electric fireplace. It looks great in our living area and the fire lighting is beautiful and soothing. The room is 14 ft x 26 ft and it warms it nicely. Putting it together took me a little over an hour, dble checking myself with each step at age 63, but I’m assured of its solid quality build method now. There was a small strip of trim wood attached by tiny nails that was starting to separate from it’s position, but discovered as pieces came together it was tightly held in place by other pieces screwed in. I was also happy that the touchable areas do not get heated whatsoever considering the heat temperature of it’s output. Over all, I and my family couldn’t be more pleased and since Christmas have enjoyed hours of it’s warmth and relaxing flame display. I give it 5 stars.
