I bought the unit 11 months ago. I loved it. It worked well and then all of a sudden stopped working. The screen wouldn’t even light up so they sent me a pump not sure why. I emailed them four or five different times and called the customer service phone number which isn’t even affiliated with the company. Do not recommend customer service is terrible.

This humidifier is way better than I even thought it would be! The machine’s night mode is great. You don’t have to have the bright light bothering you at night. It works wonderfully at keeping the humidity at where I set it to be. Its very easy to fill. Has a window to see thru so that you know where you are at with the water level. It doesn’t take up hardly any floor space. Way less than my old humidifier. It’s so quiet that if the mist wasn’t seeable I’d almost think it wasn’t working. Really, really quiet running. I would recommend this machine to anyone and everyone that doesn’t already own one. Fantastic piece of equipment!!

Easy set up and operation with 3 different mist settings. A large 16 liter humidifier that can operate for days without refilling. Very quiet operation with a built in night light which is perfect for our bedroom. This is the best humidifier we have ever purchased and very easy to clean.

I have a pretty large area that’s difficult to humidify without using multiple humidifiers. This one handles it easily and keeps the humidity level between 40 and 45%. It’s really a cool looking unit too, i use it with the extension pipe. It’s really quiet, even on Turbo mode and is easy to fill. My only nit is that the small window to check the water level is really difficult to see through without using a flashlight. I think if it was a bit wider and clearer that it would be a big improvement. It appears to be kind of a smoky color. I especially like how easy it is to clean, and no filters to replace.
Update as of November 30, 2023
The day the one year warranty expired, the humidifier stopped working – it would not power on, no lights or nothing. It was working fine when I went to bed, but in the morning I noticed that it wasn’t functioning. I verified the power outlet was working, and tried it in a different outlet. I emailed the company but they said the warranty was up – which technically was true – I bought it on Nov 27, 2022 and it died on me Nov 27 2023, a year to the day. It was never overfilled or any thing, and as recommended in their manual – I allowed the machine to dry out for a day to no avail. I ended up buying a new humidifier, but not another Lacidoll, One year of use from an almost $200 humidifier is unacceptable.
Bottom line though, I love it and I’ve had a lot of different humidifiers.

I’ve used many large top fill humidifiers. This one has the best water filling design. The other ones I’ve used, the water filling process requires me to wait for water to filter and refill, which is a huge pain. This model, the process is quick and I can fill in one go with a large bucket. The design is also very nice and fits into a room without standing out. Overall, the functionality is very similar so with good design and usability improvements, I give it good review.

Good Day everybody! Here we have a Humidifier that is decent for my main floor. It keeps my main floor at an acceptable level of humidification. I will be purchasing a couple more individual room humidifiers. I caution you to use a filter with your water if your water is hard. This humidifier is doing quite well keeping up with my needs, as long as I keep it filled. The tub is easy to lift and move while empty, some will have difficulty moving it when full. A small rolling attachment on the bottom would be wonderful. If added it would allow for easy filling and movement throughout the home.
I caution you not to fill it to the top just under the handles. The handles have holes in them and the water will spill. I have found that the pump will take a bit to work properly after refilling the tub and replacing the top. Not filling it up to the fill line allows you to reach in and suction-cup the pump to the bottom of the tub. I assume this helps extend the life of the pump. You may need to empty and restart the humidifier after you refill it. Be cautious about how much water is being pumped in, too much and the humidifier won’t work. You’ll have to lift the grate off the top, pull out the refill tray, and empty the water from the humidifier’s interior. Then clean the area before turning it on again with the provided cloth.
I rate this with 4 stars because of the odd way the tray fills with water when I restart my machine after it’s set back up properly. I may be doing something wrong when refiling the tub and reattaching the top.
