This thing leaves a white film on all of my furniture, my windows, on everything. Either I need to go back to finding an evaporative dehumidifier, or filter the water going into this thing. It does look nice, but it’s too easy to overfill when refilling (which makes a big mess). On the plus side, the capacity is good, it looks good as well, and it’s quiet.

I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why some of my plants were withering away and looking so parched, even when I had been watering them consistently. A friend had finally told me to adjust the humidity in the room, and I had never even thought about that. After this purchase my Dragon tree and White Bird of Paradise, my Monstera all came back to life. They just look so happy and I was so happy I have my humidity set all the time and it just works wonders for my plants. So glad I got this.. this unit is quiet, easy to assemble, and easy to clean. It doesn’t Partner leak. I have no complaints.

This is a great humidifier! I bought 3, giving better dispersion than I single whole house unit for a cheaper price.
Pros:
Easy to fill
Easy to clean
Easy to set up
The remote is universal between identical units
The settings are intuitive and convenient
The unit is powerful!
And contrary to another review, it has a wheatstone filter, this is not a mineral bead additive and can be cleaned.
Cons:
There is a chime when you press a button on the remote or the unit that cannot be turned off, so making adjustments at night has an audible noise that may wake someone up.
Also, the display cannot be turned off so make sure you can’t see it while you are trying to sleep, though it does dim a little, it is a bit bright for a bedroom.
It’s a bit short for a floor model, so either place it next to a vent or raise it a little to get better dispersion.
