Altho loud, the unit worked great…. 3 months later i now have a unit that pours water all over the floor. Not great. And no, its not where the hose goes into the connection. Its internal somewhere

I can’t believe how much moisture it takes out of the air. I just wish I knew an easy way to clean it. The size and appearance are fine but it’s pretty heavy when I want to move it to a different room. I really need to get another one so I don’t have to move it. Makes a little noise but not bad. I would buy it again. I am very satisfied.

I had purchased another brand (name brand) several years ago for the pump feature specifically so that I wouldn’t need to constantly be emptying a bucket multiple times a day in the summer – that function never worked, customer service never helped and I just lived with it for a few years. I did my research to find one that would pump out and run continuously and this has been running since I plugged it in, I ran the pump outlet to my washing machines drain line and it works like a charm, it’s quiet and my basement has been consistently 40% humidity for over a week now.

This dehumidifier did its job well for about 15 months. I had it in our basement where the humidity was well over 60% and it brought it down to 40% without issue. However, after 15 months the coolant had either leaked out or evaporated so the unit stopped pulling moisture out. The warranty is only a year so I now have to buy a new one. I wish I could give it 2 1/2 stars instead of 2 or 3 as it worked perfectly – until it didn’t.

Definitely pulls moisture out of my very humid apt air.. Instructions are very vague, specifically the “comfort” button I had to do some digging on line, “comfort ” keeps it at a fixed 45- 50% humidity. *Loud*not for bedroom,loud beeping for selections. Exactly the same dehumidifier and manufacturer as Black Decker,Media Other than that got it for a hundred bucks,Delivered quickly and professionally. Louder than I was wanting.

Everything is working the way it should. It looks nice. I am using it to dry up a house flip and have a hose hooked up to the back, it has been running for a week. So far no complaints. I would recommend it to others.

It worked too well, our throats were dry in the morning and I ended up returning it. However if I ever move into a house or bigger condo something like this would be perfect. It really does a great job. A bit loud but if you need something to really work well a noise sacrifice may be in order. Easy to empty the water. Easy to use. A little cumbersome to roll but not bad… just slightly bigger/heavier than I thought it would be.

The design is great, low noise and easy to empty the bin. But after a few months it turns on but does nothing, not collecting water. It should last longer!

I just received this and plugged it up and boy it’s been amazing so far, it really pulls the water out of the air and makes the air conditioner work so much easier and house is cool and less humidity. So far so great. Shuts off when full , great size for a large room. Heavy but worth it. Made well and packing could have been better but was sufficient.

So far I think it’s great. It quiet, on wheels, fairly easy to move but a bit heavy if you need to pick it up….definitely recommend it! Sure collects the moisture quickly!
