I purchased the product, I followed all the instructions on trouble shooting and it still would not start. I called Ivation support and they hung up on me 3 times when I got someone to talk with on the phone. I wasn’t rude and started going in to the issue of what to do and they hung up. I am confused why they would hang up other than it’s a scam and they are selling defective products. Or they are a bad customer service company as they have something to hide. Super disappointed.

I took a long time researching the different air purifiers, and this one is the best for the price that I could find. I turned this on a couple of hours before I had guests come over for a gathering and throughout the gathering, three of the guests were allergic to pets. We have two large dogs and two cats. We clean the house as good as we can and keep the pest outside from that point on. None of the guests has even a slight reaction, prior to getting the air purifier they would have had some reaction.
I think the HEPA filter, charcoal, negative ion, and UV is an outstanding combination. The negative ions bond to particles in the air and make dust and other small particle fall to the ground. This offers ozone as well, a feature you probably will only use once in a while. It has three ceramic plates, a lot of the lower cost ozone units only have one, so it puts out ozone like crazy. The ozone you only want to use when you are out of the house. We tried it in a closed room and it still got all over the house and we had to turn it off. It also took about 16 hours for all ozone residue to be completely undetectable, although it was probably safe to be in after an hour. The ozone neutralizes any odors and purifies the room.
This unit works well and works fast, it is not something you need to leave running all the time, but you can if you do not turn on the ozone. Its as loud as the sound of a fan, which is too loud for me to run at night in the bedroom, unless you like white noise, but I turn it on one hour before bed and then off when I go to bed, and it leaves the room fresh for the night. I turn the main power off so there are no lights, it is also too bright for the bedroom, I like it dark. This come with a remote that I will probably never use. Maintenance is minimal, mainly keep the washable pre-filter clean every few week. I would vacuum it instead of washing, much faster and easier.
Now for what I don’t like. I move this all over the house as needed, I do not keep it in one place. The controls are designed for someone that is going to keep it in one spot and then set a program for turning it on and off. I think this is a big design flaw. I have used different air purifiers for years, and I either keep them running all the time, or turn them on and off as needed. The only setting which really needs a timer is the ozone setting and most every user is not going to be using that feature much, since it is more for special situation use, for problem areas that are corrected after you use the ozone. A better design would be a quick count down timer set for half hour increments up to three hours. With this unit you must reset the timer each time it has been unplugged, then you set a start time and end time for the ozone, its a pain with a digital timer (too much effort and time). I cannot think of a house usage situation where one would run the ozone function at regular intervals, especially when you can smell residual ozone odors for so long. My whole family voted no more ozone usage in the house, it was that bad. I am glad I did not go with the ozone only purifier I was considering.
I am very happy with this otherwise. You can turn on the unit without setting the time, and you can use the ozone without the time setting, you simply need to turn it on and off when you want to. For ozone usage, I hold my breath while I go into the room to shut it off. I suppose I could use the remote from the doorway as well to turn it off. This also work well in the large areas of the house, I only need to run the fan at a higher setting.
This company makes another unit similar to this only a little more limited, that has simple controls, they should have stuck with the simple controls for this one as well. The clock and timer controls for the ozone, and that it is too loud and bright to run in the bedroom all night is the reason for marking this unit down a star. I do not think there is a perfect air purifier out there that is affordable, but this one comes very close.

I love this device. I’ve been using it for over 6 month non stop 24/7 and it keeps the indoor air fresh and dust free. Also if anyone gets sick in the house I can turn on the air sterilizer and sterilize the air in the entire house. I love this thing, it works great, high volume through put. I would definitely purchase again.

I’ve been using these Ozone machines since 1995. I owned a fairly large Bar and Grill.. Every Tuesday evening, was Blues night and most everyone came in to smoke cigars. Every Morning when I opened up, the odor of stale alcohol and cigar smoke hit me in the face about knocking me over. I would try anything to get rid of that odor. A sales person offered to let me put that machine in for a couple days. When he came back to pick it up, I told him no way and bought it right there. I could not believe the difference that machine made. That was a bit bigger than this one but it was for Commercial applications. I bought this one for my house because I have 2 dogs? Two weeks ago I decided to clean my truck out so I could sell it. It was a mess, full of dog hairs, with a strong odor of wet dog and smoke odors. I cleaned most all the dog hairs then started the truck, removed the cabin filter in the truck, put this ozone machine in the front then back seat set on Maximum, turned it on and started the truck, ran the air conditioner and heat fan so air would circulate for about 30 minutes. Replaced the cabin filter then Had a non smoker friend come over and give it a sniff. He said he could not smell any smoke or dog. This machine is absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough about it. This has many uses that will very quickly pay for itself. Also, the Ozone smells so clean.

This works well and its powerful. Cleans the air fast. Used this for over 5 days now. I have bought many in over a 15 year period. This brand nailed it. Lets see about the overall life test. Will Update later.

This product served me well for a span of 2 years and 2 months, before it stopped working. It operated almost continuously. Overall, I am quite satisfied with its performance. I positioned it near the cat litter bin, where it diligently handled its job.
However, it’s worth noting that within the first month, the LCD screen encountered some display issues. Nevertheless, this didn’t bother me much because I primarily controlled the unit from the front panel and kept it running most of the time.
I made sure to maintain the unit by regularly disassembling it and removing dust buildup. Dust accumulation, in general, seems to be a common challenge with this type of technology, despite its multiple-stage filters. It tended to adhere to components inside, such as the fan blades.
One standout feature I appreciated was the inclusion of three ozone/ion cards, which gave me confidence in its robustness for my specific needs. While I’m open to the idea of purchasing another unit, I’ll likely explore alternative models before making a final decision.
