I never thought an air purifier could truly make a difference until I got one. When I first got the Jafanoa and turned it on, my air quality measured 44 (poor) and I was always sneezing with itchy eyes and a runny nose each morning. After letting it run for 35 minutes, my room (400 sq ft) was measured at a 5 (excellent). Since that process and using it on the VERY quiet sleep mode each night, my mornings have been wonderful with no allergy reactions and I believe it’s because of this air purifier.
This purifier has an excellent app, is overall very quiet, was easy to setup and is currently at a great price and it truly works.
I highly recommend this air purifier.

Not enough Not enough information in the brochure that came with it and you can’t get hold of anybody because they don’t take calls and they might get back to you in 48 hours. I don’t do business like that, and I’m trying to figure out what I’m going to do. Next, their lights are screwed up. And I’d really like to know how we can fix it.
In other words, it isn’t working real.Well, and you can’t get anybody to help you out
Good for the price –
I read the low star reviews but decided to try it out myself and sure enough after the 30 day mark the lights stopped working as they should and I now get rainbow colors, I have no idea if the particle sensor is working properly or not.
I m posting a low review because there is no way to contact the seller to replace and from what i have read they do not respond anyway.
i no longer buy items made in china, the products always break down within 30 days.
save yourself the hassle and purchase from a well known usa or made in canada brand. you will pay more but you will get customer service.
Good for the price –
Had and issue with the air cleaner, but Jafanda responded quickly and made it right. They had me take a few photos and describe the problem. They sent me out a replacement at no cost to me ASAP. I was surprised at how fast I got it. Well done and a great example of taking care of your customer. Will continue to do business with them. Bravo!

WiFi bluetooth would not connect after downloading. But purifier works great. like the glowing light to tell you what the air quality is without looking at the top. the auto setting is the best, because the noise (which isn’t that loud in the first place) goes down the cleaner the air is. Will be getting another one soon, I already have two.

Works great. I hit an issue and couldn’t figure out how to get it to connect to WiFi, but after a couple days I realized what I did wrong and I was able to connect it. With or without the WiFi I love it. I bought two. I also have another Jafända Air Purifier in a different model for use in my son’s. I registered for the extended. Very happy with all of them.

We have dog and cat and with this air purifiers the place has no smell, less dust and overall great. Love the light when it red vs. green or good vs. bad. Perfect size not too big and not too small.

Works pretty well so far the only issue is that the status light went out within eight hours of use now it’s just a rainbow color reached out support I didn’t receive an answer. I’ve noticed that if I turned the display on and off it fixes the issue on its own. Great for the price and pretty quiet

J’étais heureux de recevoir ce produit car il est compact et look bien mais les lumières led ont commencé à faire des caprices et lorsque je tente de le mettre sur la fonction sans lumières pour la nuit, les led ne s’éteignent plus et me font des couleurs arc-en-ciel!!
