When receiving the item the box looked weathered and weak like it has been sitting outside for weeks. Upon opening the packaging I realized there was a big dent on the side of the air conditioner itself. Since this was a must for the hot weather I decided to install instead of waiting to return and replace. So far it’s been sufficient but concerned about the longevity since it doesn’t seem the strongest for a 14,000btu air conditioner

This is not a light unit definitely quite the 18000btu works well for a 900 SQ ft house built in 1909 it was it come shipped and delivered with no issues I can’t get over how quite it is running the old unit was a 23 year old whirlpool I’m in South East Ohio it worked on then 90 degrees day like a champ it also seems to run Vary Little 5 minutes then it’s off for 2 hours it’s definitely nice

Easy to manage/handle and worked as needed for the task，Cool and worth every penny. Really. Easy to install and operate. Good design and controls are easy to follow. Keeps our bedroom nice and cool all the time. The only complaint I have is that it’s a bit noisy for me, especially when sleeping at night, but overall, a great product!

I have to say, I am quite impressed with this air conditioner unit! The performance is higher than my expectations, and it cools a small / medium room pretty quickly and efficiently. One of the highlights for me is the dehumidifying capability this unit has – makes a significant difference in the air quality of my home. Plus, the remote control adds the ultimate layer of convenience, allowing me to adjust settings without lifting more than a finger. The unit also runs pretty quietly, providing only mild white noise that doesn’t bother me in the slightest. I appreciate the sleek, modern design. Overall, it functions well, cools down a room, helps the air quality, and more – an excellent option.

This unit is a beast and cools very well. I installed it as supplemental cooling for a rental I own that has a room that doesn’t keep cool. Unfortunately we are running out of hot days so I cannot test it for longevity but so far so good. The AC fan is pretty loud and wouldn’t go well in a living area. This is in a utility room that has direct sunlight and no AC duct and will work great for its placement.
