Cools great. Easy to use digital settings. Holds room temp very well while saving energy by adjusting itself so its not running non stop.
Only con I have found is that its louder than other AC units I have had.
Always measure you wall opening and compare to unit dimensions listed. Wall sleeves can be different sizes.

I’ve had this product for one full year. This AC does get pretty cold and does its job pretty well. However, I have it installed pretty close to my desk and TV. It’s so loud I cannot watch TV with it on.
Recently we turned it on again after the winter months and it doesn’t cool at all. Filters and coils have been cleaned so it pretty much just broke after a year.
So if you need AC for a year and don’t mind the noise, it’s not a bad option.

Great unit, slid right into my old sleeve. Stuffed the provided insulation around it, plugged it in and works fine

love the ease of install, a full case and extra front bezel attachment along with everything you need but the sleeve itself. it took me longer to get the old one out, clean out prep the sleeve than it did to slip it in, insulate it and install the bezel. nice job guys, thanks.
FOLLOW-UP: 2 years later, the unit did fail and they replaced it instantly, no issues, shipped out a replacement and asked for the old one back. I am super pleased.
