I recently purchased the LEVOIT Air Purifier for my home, aiming to improve the air quality in various rooms. After using it for some time, I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. The purifier operates quietly, a significant factor considering its placement in bedrooms and living spaces where noise could be a disturbance.
The HEPA filter effectively removes smoke, allergies, pet dander, and odors, noticeably freshening the air. The addition of a fragrance sponge is a thoughtful touch, allowing for a customized scent in the room, which enhances the overall ambiance.
However, I do find myself wishing for wireless control. The convenience of adjusting settings or checking the filter status via a smartphone would elevate this product’s user experience, aligning it with the smart home ecosystem many of us are building.

I love my air purifiers…I ended up buying a second one, and am considering a third and fourth, larger unit(s) for larger rooms. I did some researching, and chose this unit based on the healthy no ozone thing and the price point at the time. I ended up buying the second one within wks.
I love the fact these are ozone/ion free and these small ones are perfect for my kids’ rooms. Two kids, a dog and a cat PER small bedroom…as you can imagine, their rooms get to smelling stale.
Or so they DID… A little spray bottle of vinegar and essential oils to freshen it up a couple times per wk helps, but not like these purifiers. Their bedrooms smell fresh and clean in the mornings, now. We remodeled in 2015, and I swear their bedrooms smell new like they did when we first remodeled, when their purifiers are on at night!
I bring both purifiers into the living room, too, sometimes since it is a larger space and otherwise requires a bigger unit. I also drag both of these units into my bedroom to filter the air in there (where we and a baby, and often times the animals sleep, which is also a bigger space and will require a larger unit).
This particular unit is a little loud so two in the same room is too loud to comfortably watch tv…but, especially when considering the price point (at least at the time of my purchase a few months ago), I am happy with the unit, the brand, and i plan to choose Levoit for the bigger units I buy. I purchased salt lamps from Levoit because of my satisfaction with the air purifying units, too. Aside from being packaged horribly and unprotected (lamps thrown in an oversized box together with light bulbs loose in the box and not in the beautiful box and reusable bag they were supposed to), I am happy with those, too. Good quality and size for their price as well.

This machine is very quiet and cleans the air effortlessly. I bought for my son’s dorm room and it keeps the air fresh. He loves the quiet white noise of it! Very satisfied.

This works great for odors. In fact, one day my roommate’s part of the house smelled like used cat litter so I fired up all three of my wax scent burners as I normally do when that happens. Sometime later I noticed that I couldn’t smell anything from my wax burners and couldn’t understand it until I realized it had to be the air purifiers because when I use all three of the burners they really smell strong so I’m sure it was the purifiers. I first purchased a Winix air purifier and the company suggested I get one that covers more area. It covered 360 sq ft and my room is 380 so instead I ordered this additional purifier which is much smaller in size but covers 332 sq ft. I do believe that both of them work well. I suggest that you definitely want to get an air purifier that covers more space than the room you are going to use it in or two smaller ones. The only thing it doesn’t do (nor does the Winix) is get rid of dog hair. In fact, with both of them I’ve found that they move the dog hair around the room so that it ends up settling on tables and other things which I really do not like at all but the air is nice and fresh. It keeps the cooking smells from my roommate out of my room too which is a plus. The worst thing about this one is that it is loud. I can’t imagine having it on my desk or near my bed. I put it in the kitchen area of my studio apartment room which is a ways away from my bed with a wall in between and it is so loud on high that I have to turn it down to low at night. It only has high, low and sleep with no middle option. From everything I’ve read, I don’t believe these work that well if they aren’t on high. My Winix air purifier is quiet. It is next to my bed on high and has a nice white noise effect. Anyway, I’m glad I got this one and I do believe it is a quality product.

Un excelente producto, en verdad no dudes en comprarlo.
En primer lugar me pareció un buen precio, compré la versión que solo incluye los 2 filtros de base de triple capa. Ya en 6 meses mas compraré los repuestos.
El Purificador es de tamaño ideal, ligero, con materiales de calidad, resistentes, de textutra y color agradables.
Diseño sencillo de usar, simplemente lo volteas, sacas los filtros para quitarles la envoltura plástica, los vuelves a colocar, cierras, conectas, enciendes con un ligero toque y listo.
MUY SILENCIOSO, no sé porque otros compradores se han quejado, yo lo puse en la velocidad alta y casi no se escucha, mucho menos en velocidad baja o en sleep; realmente funciona sin ruido.
Inicialmente lo puse por 3 ó 4 intervalos de 25 minutos para no cansar tanto el motor de un solo golpe
y si, poco a poco fui sintiendo el cambio en el aire. Al principio producía un olor típico de plástico nuevo, pero horas después ya se fue disipando.
Ya por la noche lo dejé en la velovidad baja por tiempos de 1 o 2 horas y si duerme uno mas cómodo, el aire se siente ligero, limpio, despierta uno con una sensación de descanso y una respiración mas completa y relajada.
Lo único que lamento es no haberlo comprado desde hace 30 ó 40 años, porque cada día la ciudad donde vivo está mas y mas contaminada y ahora me doy cuenta de lo importante que es tener un Purificador de Aire.

I use this for my office. It is light weight and does not take up to much space. Extremely quiet. My favorite feature is the use of essential oils. You don’t need much like 1 to 1 1/2 drops and the scent will last almost all day. Filters are easy to change.
