Got this expecting a cold winter, but haven’t used it much. I got it for my covered patio that is very poorly insulated. The few times I’ve used it, it has worked very well. I like the looks, and so far, the quality.

I have used many of these type of heaters including Eden Pure. I have to say this is my favorite of the infrared. I love the size its smaller and I can lift it off the floor which distributes the heat better. Most importantly I can set it at a temperature and when it reaches that temperature it shuts off. i don’t use the remote I used it to see if it worked then didn’t use only because of the positioning of where I have it. I have used it all winter and definitely got my money’s worth It heats well without sending the electric will sky high. Would buy again!

The packaging was amazing. If they take the care to package their product, I knew the product itself would be worth it. Within minutes, the heater warmed up the room and kept it warm. It’s an attractive heater as well… looks like a small piece of furniture.

This heater which I paid $179.00 for back in September worked fine until yesterday, January14. I have not
been successful in contacting the seller or the manufacturer. Do not buy! PS I finally was able to contact the seller thanks to the customer service representative, Belle. The seller is refunding the purchase price so I feel much better especially with the reputation of the seller.

I love this space heater. I had another space heater in my living room that worked well last year if it was close to me but it didn’t put out enough heat for the entire room. I haven’t owned this heater very long but when I have had it on it puts out more heat than the one I got last year even on the low setting. It fits in well with my decor, is light to move around, and sturdy. I like that it doesn’t have wheels. The cord is longer than I expected. It puts out a lot of heat, I will know more when the temperatures drop below 45º. Easy setup, low maintenance, and it doesn’t take up a lot of room even though it heats my living room very well. The remote works very well. I am getting used to the loud noise of the remote but I know it working. I hope it keeps working like it has been because I really love it. So far, I would highly recommend this space heater.

This heater is very nice looking in a room and the controls/display is nice and easy. But that’s where it stops. The infrared doesn’t feel or work like an infrared should. It feels like just a hot wire heater (toaster). It does blow the heat very well in both low or high, but mine kept running all the time and would not cycle thermostatically, even in eco mode. My room is only 12×10 and is fully insulated. My meter hasn’t stopped running up. The electric cost is already more than the heater cost, for one week of use. My $40 ceramic heater (that this one was supposed to replace) worked better, cheaper, and same wattage. Maybe this was just a bad one? I wouldn’t buy again. Suggest you see an infrared work in person and buy that way, not online. I won’t trust a web description on them again.
