Great unit with great communication

I did not recieve a wiring harness to connect the inside and outside together. Also did not recieve a plug for the inside unit.

Don’t order any split unit AC from this seller. Customer Service doesn’t exist and they sent a replacement that again doesn’t work. Waisted a lot of time and money “$2500” on installation of defective products twice.
