I like it! Prob the only thing is that it sometimes stopped working all of the sudden, but the penal still looks okay so I wonder what happened…and it will automatically blow air and back to normal…

The unit cools nicely, but the water pools in the back. There is no drain hole for the water to exit. I’m baffled. I checked the pitch and the unit does slope downward as the unit exits the exterior wall. I re-read the installation for instructions and no where does it say that the installer should drill a hole either in the bottom of the unit or the sleeve . I’m happy to drill a hole, but it would be nice if someone representing the manufacturer would advise. I’ve reached out to Midea and am waiting for a response. Thanks if the water has no where to drain, it will rise above the indentation in the back of the unit (where the pooling occurs) and then travel back towards the home. Midea, please help. This was an expensive unit, and this seems to be an avoidable situation with some simple instructions.

Runs quiet, puts out good volume of cool air, remote works fine. Good value.
