Just finished installing this (9000 BTU) unit. I would have given this item 5 stars except for the fact that when I needed some specific info before starting the installation, I found it IMPOSSIBLE to obtain ANY contact info for the manufacturer.
There is NO specific mention of certain IMPORTANT details ANYWHERE in the specs or Installation Manual!!
I wanted to know (100% for certain):
– if this was an “Inverter compressor” model?
– if the outdoor unit was “pre-charged” with refrigerant?
The answer to BOTH questions is YES!
( The confusion was the result of the Installation Manual covering a range of units, not just this one, and containing language relating to BOTH inverter / on-off (non-inverter) units as well as units that some models came pre-charged and some do NOT. )
There is NO web site for this Mfg. The Mollie Store on Amazon has no contact info. I tried Amazon customer support, but that was a complete waste of time. They just don’t have those kinds of details.
Aside from that, I have to say, so far I am happy and very impressed with this unit. It cools down the room VERY quickly. It is whisper quiet, inside and out. There is no big “clunk” when the outdoor unit comes on like with old style central A/C… and even with the fan on the Indoor unit at high I can’t hear it at all unless I’m right in front of it.
NOTE: I am an IT Service Professional with knowledge and experience in both residential electrical wiring and basic knowledge of mechanical refrigeration and some past hands-on experience working with vehicle + residential air conditioning / commercial refrigeration systems.

Very easy to installed. I completed installed the air condition is 8 hours. The systems work good. I have use vacuumed pump to check out the close system before release the Freon. It function great and very quite. i WOULD BUY AGAIN .

Bought the 36k BTU, had it professionally installed, and it worked perfectly….once! Second time we turned it on, threw an E0 message. Turned out to be a bad EEPROM on the motherboard. Contacted Amazon for warranty and replacement parts. They had been provided bogus contact information by the manufacturer, could not reach the company on my behalf, had no replacement unit, and ultimately the only option was to refund me in full for the system. Now I am stuck with a brand new, shiny, WORTHLESS system installed in my business with no way to find parts. I am also stuck with the bill to de-install this system, haul it off to the DUMP where it belongs, buy a new system, and have it installed a second time. Total NIGHTMARE and VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON!😡😡

I would of gave this a five star but the fact that it dis not come with the wiring from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit was not cool, install was pretty simple and self explanatory, we installed a 30am breaker with a 60amp a/c dissconnect, we had purchace the 14-4 awg wire to hookup units together, would deff vaccumm it down before usage we did, 36,0000btu unit installed in a 2000 square foot shop

was easy to install everything came in the box and the WIFI feature is a must have , from anywhere you can change it turn AC on your way home from work LOVE IT !
had to have my HVAC guy evac the lines and open the service valves as i didnt have a vacuum pump, but the install was a breeze and had everything i needed in the Box,. Worked great all winter in a Michigan winter that says something !

The 220 amp model barely uses energy on AC mode and the wifi is a must have. I did need a professional to clear the lines and upgrade the pipes between units as I could not get a good seal with the factory pipes. Had the factory pipes been sufficient I’d of given 5 stars. Great choice if you have a solar system uses less power than a small dehumidifier.
