The line between power on/off and light on/off is very vague. To power on/off, you just lightly tap the top power button. To turn the fan off, I press hold the top button with my finger as instructed but it just turns the whole thing off. I tried and failed multiple times this way. I finally succeeded to turn the light off while the fan is running by putting my entire palm on the top and press it until the light turns off. It seems to be the only way that I can get the light switch to work, which is a little awkward.

I’ve had a couple of larger air purifiers in the past, so I was unsure if this one would be as effective due to its size. However, it’s working great. I have an automatic cat litter box in my laundry room, right off my kitchen. Even though the automatic litter box does a pretty good job of keeping the odor down, I could still smell it. After having this air purifier in there for a few days, I haven’t smelled the litter box at all! My friend, who has a very sensitive nose and always makes remarks about the litter box, came over yesterday and was shocked that she couldn’t smell it at all. Even my little special needs son, being curious, poured garlic powder and sprinkles into the top of the air purifier. I cleaned it out, and it’s still working great! This air purifier is quiet even on high, which is great so as not to spook my cats. Overall, it’s a great product!

I bought this for a smaller room for my 2 litter boxes and it did the job perfectly! I have 1 cat 2 litter boxes, I do scoop daily, but needed a little extra help. I love that I can run it for a specific amount of hours.

First I will say, the set up and operation is extremely simple. I’m not a tech savvy person so I appreciate the straightforwardness of the product.
Before, my bedroom would smell like dog, smoke, and nightly flatulence. This purifier proved effective in mitigating those pungent odors.
I didn’t know how good it was until we lost our power here in the Northeast OH area. We didn’t have it for days after the severe high winds. When I arrived home, my nose said my home smells worse than a boys gym locker room. I assure you I keep my home very clean. Keeping my home odor free with a boxer dog, cat, and a smoking husband can be a challenge at times. This air purifier definitely promotes an odor free environment. I’m so happy with this purchase, I’m considering getting a second one for the basement.

I bought 2 of these: one for my bedroom and one for my living area. I really can’t tell much of a difference, but I assume they are doing their job! I guess we’ll know when it’s time to change the filter!
I like the fact that you can put it on separate speeds. I put it on S when I’m sleeping and on low or medium when watching TV. All work well. I also like the fact that you can time it, so I don’t run it when I’m not in the room.
I don’t use the light, but it does look a little prettier when the light is on, and I can see that it could be a good night light, if you needed it for that.
It seems pretty well made, and is easy to use.

We are slowly working on an old house. It has a small basement built with fieldstone and mortar. Part of the basement gets damp and it makes the entire area smell very musty. On top of that, our summers are humid, so it’s hard to dry things out completely.
There is not much in the basement – an oil burner, oil tank, and water heater. There isn’t junk all over. It is not used for storage. We will be doing additional stuff outside to keep water away from the foundation, but for now it just stinks like wet basement, and it makes adjacent areas above smell musty too.
We have a dehumidifier running, which is a little bit of help. Maybe we need a bigger dehumidifier to get the humidity down more. I’ve used biocides to kill the smell and also have a small fan running to circulate air around. The biocides worked temporarily but not as long as I hoped.
The basement probably needs a good cleaning, like washing the fieldstone walls and mortar and the concrete floor, but I hate to add more dampness and risk making the problem worse before we get it completely dried out.
I ordered 2 of these air purifiers. Without ceremony, we quickly unboxed them and plugged them in. We put one in the basement itself, and the other on the floor above the basement. I was just so tired of the musty smell. By the next morning the smell was less obvious. Another 24 hours later and the musty odor is gone!
I’ve been knocking myself out, trying this and that, and less than 2 days of these air purifiers changed everything. Of course, the dehumidifier is still running, but I can’t believe the difference. Now we can work in there without feeling like this previously unsolvable problem was haunting us.
